Claims (5)
- 자외선 경화형 잉크를 토출하는 잉크젯 프린터에 있어서,기록매체에 자외선 경화형 잉크를 토출하는 토출수단과,상기 토출수단으로부터 토출되어 상기 기록매체에 착탄한 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크에 자외선을 조사하는 자외선 조사수단과,상기 자외선 조사수단으로부터 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크에 조사되는 자외선의 광량을 변경하는 광량변경수단을 구비하고,상기 광량변경수단은, 상기 자외선 조사수단이 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크를 임시경화시키는 제1 광량의 자외선을 조사하게 하고, 그 후 상기 자외선 조사수단이 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크를 본경화시키는 제2 광량의 자외선을 조사하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광량변경수단은, 상기 자외선 조사수단이 주사방향으로 이동할 때, 상기 자외선 조사수단이 상기 제1 광량의 자외선을 조사하게 하고, 상기 자외선 조사수단이 주사방향의 반대방향으로 이동할 때, 상기 자외선 조사수단이 상기 제2 광량의 자외선을 조사하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광량변경수단은, 상기 자외선 조사수단으로부터 조사되는 자외선의 광강도를 변경함으로써, 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크에 조사되는 자외선의 광량을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광량변경수단은, 상기 자외선 조사수단의 이동속도를 변경함으로써, 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크에 조사되는 자외선의 광량을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터.
- 자외선 경화형 잉크에 의해 인쇄하는 인쇄방법에 있어서,기록매체에 자외선 경화형 잉크를 토출하는 토출스텝과,자외선 조사수단으로부터 조사되는 자외선의 광량을, 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크를 임시경화시키는 제1 광량으로 설정하고, 상기 토출스텝에서 토출되어 상기 기록매체에 착탄한 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크에 자외선을 조사하는 제1 자외선 조사스텝과,상기 제1 자외선 조사스텝후, 상기 자외선 조사수단으로부터 조사되는 자외선의 광량을, 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크를 본경화시키는 제2 광량으로 설정하고, 상기 제1 자외선 조사스텝에서 임시경화된 상기 자외선 경화형 잉크에 자외선을 조사하는 제2 자외선 조사스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
