Description
Claims (10)
- 열가소성 수지 시트의 양면에 오목부와 볼록부로 이루어지는 엠보스가 형성된 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막에 있어서, 상기 오목부는 저변이 연속한 각선상 모양을 형성하고 있고, 상기 볼록부의 상부는 미세한 오목부 및 볼록부를 갖는 평면형상이며, 또한 한쪽 면의 엠보스의 배치간격과 다른 쪽 면의 엠보스의 배치간격이 다르도록 형성되어 있음으로써, 무아레 현상이 발생하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 한쪽 면의 엠보스의 배치간격(L1)과, 다른 쪽 면의 엠보스의 배치간격(L2)은 (L1)<(L2)의 관계에 있고, 한쪽 면의 볼록부의 배치위치의 전후(L1 ×0.25)의 범위내에, 다른 쪽 면의 볼록부가 존재하는 비율은 한쪽 면의 볼록부의 수의 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상부의 표면거칠기(Ra)가 2.5㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상부의 표면거칠기(Ra)가 3.0㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 평면형상은 폭이 볼록부의 배치간격의 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 평면형상은 폭이 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 평면형상은 폭이 랜덤한 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 시트는 가소화 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 시트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 오목홈과 상기 열가소성 수지 시트의 압출방향과의 각도가 25°미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막.
- 적어도 한 쌍의 글래스 사이에, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 라미네이트된 글래스용 중간막을 개재하여 일체화시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트된 글래스.
