- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반구형 오목부의 지름(d1)이 100 내지 1500㎛이고, 반구형 오목부의 깊이(h)가 50 내지 750㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 봉지재 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반구형 오목부는 총 반구형 오목부의 개수를 기준으로 지름(d1)이 500 내지 750㎛이고, 깊이(h)가 200 내지 300㎛인 반구형 오목부를 10 내지 50%; 지름(d1)이 750 내지 1000㎛이고, 깊이(h)가 300 내지 400㎛인 반구형 오목부를 45 내지 60%; 및 지름(d1)이 1000 내지 1200㎛이고, 깊이(h)가 400 내지 450㎛인 반구형 오목부를 5 내지 30% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 봉지재 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반구형 오목부는 총 반구형 오목부의 개수를 기준으로 지름(d1)이 750 내지 1000㎛이고, 깊이(h)가 300 내지 400㎛인 반구형 오목부를 30 내지 60%; 및 지름(d1)이 1000 내지 1200㎛이고, 깊이(h)가 400 내지 450㎛인 반구형 오목부를 40 내지 70% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 봉지재 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 연질 필름의 두께가 200 내지 1000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 봉지재 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반구형 오목부가 램덤한 패턴으로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 봉지재 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 태양전지 모듈용 봉지재 시트를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈.
