Claims (7)
- a) 리튬 이온이 흡장,탈리 가능한 탄소계 음극 활물질;b) 도전재c) 스티렌-부타디엔계 고분자 수지를 포함하는 결착제d) 셀룰로우즈계 또는 아크릴레이트계 수지를 포함하는 증점제e) 표면흡착 가능한 고분자 주쇄와 비이온성 계면활성제 특성을 갖는 측쇄를 포함하는 분산제f) 물을 포함하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 활물질 슬러리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제의 함량은 음극 활물질 슬러리(고형분) 총 중량에 대해 0.01 중량% ~ 10 중량%인 것이 특징이 음극 활물질 슬러리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제 중 고분자 주쇄는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA) 또는 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVdF)인 것이 특징인 음극 활물질 슬러리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제 중 비이온성 계면활성제 특성을 갖는 측쇄는알킬 및 알킬아릴 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 알킬아릴포름알데히드축합 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 폴리옥시프로필렌을 친유기로 하는 블록폴리머, 글리세린에스테르의 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 솔비탄 에스테르의 폴리 옥시에틸렌에테르, 솔비톨 에스테르의 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜지방산에스테르, 글리세린에스테르, 솔비탄에스테르, 프로필렌글리콜에스테르, 슈가에스테르, 지방산알카놀아미드, 폴리옥시에틸렌지방산아미드, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아민, 아민옥사이드, 알코올 에톡시레이트(alcohol ethoxylates), 폴리 에틸렌 옥사이드(PEO계), 알킬 페놀 에톡시레이트(alkyl phenol ethoxylates), 지방 아민 에톡시레이트(fatty amine ethoxylates), 글루코사이드(glucosides), 에틸렌 옥사이드-프로필렌 옥사이드 중합체(ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymers), 알카놀 아미드(alkanolamides)로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것이 특징인 음극 활물질 슬러리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제는 폴리 메틸메타크릴레이트와 폴리 에틸렌 옥사이드의 공중합체인 것이 특징인 음극 활물질 슬러리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산제의 중량평균분자량은 10,000 ~ 30,000 인 것이 특징인 음극 활물질 슬러리
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 음극 활물질 슬러리를 포함하여 제조된 리튬 2차 전지.
