Claims (25)
- 통기성 신발에 있어서,발 삽입 영역을 둘러싸고, 통기성 상판(11, 311, 411)을 포함하는 어셈블리(10, 310, 410),방수 및 통기성의 물질로 제조되고, 하부 영역에서 상기 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)와 결합된 적어도 하나의 막(14, 314, 414),천공된 탄성 중합체로 제조되며, 상기 상판(11, 311, 411P에 결합되고, 상기 막(14, 314, 414)의 주위에 밀봉된 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416),가수분해에 저항하며, 방수, 통기성 또는 천공된 물질로 제조되며, 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)의 상부와 지면 접촉 표면에 인접한 상기 밑창의 내부와의 사이의 영역 내에서 상기 막(14, 314, 414) 아래에 배치된 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발 삽입 영역을 둘러싸는 상기 어셈블리(10)는 상판(11)과, 쌕(sack)을 형성하기 위해서 "스트로벨" 또는 "아이디얼 웰트"로 알려진 제조 방법에 따라 상기 상판(11)의 에지들에 꿰매어진 통기성 또는 천공된 밑창(13)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 어셈블리(310)는 통기성 관형 상판(311)에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 어셈블리(410)는,통기성 상판(411),쌕을 형성하기 위해서 상기 상판(411)의 에지들이 아래에서 접히고 접합되는 통기성 또는 천공된 어셈블리 안창(413),상기 상판(411)의 상기 접혀진 에지들에 의해 둘러싸인 통기성 또는 천공된 필러층(413a)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밑창(16, 316, 416)은 두께를 통하여 관통 구멍들(16a, 316a, 416a)을 가진 탄성 중합체의 블록으로 제조되고, 원주 밴드를 따라서 상기 상판(11, 311, 411)에 결합되며, 상기 막(14, 314, 414)의 주위에 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밑창(216)은 그 상부에, 보더(221)에 의해 주변이 경계지어진 중공 영역(220)과, 상기 중공 영역(220)으로부터 돌출되는 돌출부(222)와, 상기 보더(221) 내에 형성되고 상기 중공 영역(220)을 외부에 연결하는 구멍 또는 채널들(223)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 구멍들(223) 각각은 외부가 내부보다 낮도록 상기 지면 접촉 평면에 대해 경사지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구멍들(223)은 공기가 외부로만 흐르도록 허용하는 일방향 밸브들을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)은 가수분해 저항성 접착제들로 접착하거나 또는 고주파 용접에 의해 상기 상판(11, 311, 411)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)은 몰드 내에서 직접 주입에 의해 상기 상판(11, 311, 411)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)의 상기 에지(18, 318, 418)는 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)과의 밀봉을 형성하는 것을 허용하기 위해서 상기 막(14, 314, 414)의 에지(19, 319, 419) 내부에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 막(14, 314, 414)의 에지는 상기 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)의 에지 주위에 접히는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)는 상기 막(14, 314, 414)과 동일한 원주를 가지면 상기 보호 부재의 에지에서 얇게 되어, 상기 밀봉 접착제로 하여금 상기 막(14, 314, 414)과 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416) 사이에서 관통하도록 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)는 방수 및 신속히 건조할 수 있는 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)는, 밀봉식으로 상호 결합되고, 상기 밑창(116)이 분할되며, 각각 관통 구멍들(116c, 116d)을 가진 2개의 구성요소(116 a, 116b) 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호 부재(17, 117, 317, 417)는 케블라 직물(fabric) 또는 필터링 직물으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상판(11, 311, 411)은 점 접착(spot gluing)에 의해 통기성 또는 천공된 라이닝(12, 312, 412)과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 막(14, 314, 414)은 합성 물질로 제조된 지지 메시(15, 315, 415)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 신발.
- 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,통기성 상판(11, 311, 411)을 가진 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)를 제공하는 단계,방수 및 통기성 물질로 제조된 막(14, 314, 414)을 제공하는 단계,천공된 탄성 중합체로 제조된 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)을 제공하는 단계와,상기 막(14, 314, 414)을 통해서 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)으로부터 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410) 내로 습기가 들어가는 것을 방지하고, 상기 막(14, 314, 414)과 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)을 통해서 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)의 내부로부터 습기가 나오는 것을 허용하는 방법으로, 상기 막(14, 314, 414)이 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)와 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416) 사이에 배치되고, 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)이 상기 막(14, 314, 414)에 주위가 밀봉되도록, 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)와 상기 막(14, 314, 414) 및 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)을 상호 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 상부 어셈블리가 상기 막(14, 314, 414)을 포함하는 단일 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)가 되도록, 상기 막(14, 314, 414)을 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)에 초기에 접착시키는 단계와,그 후에 상기 단일 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)를 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)에 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 막(14, 314, 414)을 점 접착에 의해 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)에 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,통기성 안창(13)과 상판(11)을 제공하는 단계와,봉합부(13a)에 의해 상기 통기성 안창(13)을 상기 상판(11)에 접착시키는 단계와,상기 막(14)을 상기 안창(13)에 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,2개의 대향 측부들 사이에서 연속적으로 연장하는 저부를 가진 상기 상부 어셈블리(310)의 관형 상판(311)을 제공하는 단계와,상기 막(314)을 상기 관형 상판(311)의 상기 저부에 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,통기성 어셈블리 안창(413)과, 통기성 필러층(413a)과 상판(411)을 제공하는 단계와,상기 상판(411)의 접혀진 에지들을 상기 어셈블리 안창(413) 아래에 접착시키고, 상기 필러층(413a)을 상기 어셈블리 안창 아래에 접착시키며, 상기 막(414)을 상기 필러층(413a)에 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 밑창이 상기 막(14, 314, 414)을 포함하는 단일 밑창 어셈블리가 되도록, 상기 막(14, 314, 414)을 상기 밑창(16, 116, 216, 316, 416)에 초기에 접착시키는 단계와,그 후에 상기 단일 밑창 어셈블리를 상기 상부 어셈블리(10, 310, 410)에 접착시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 신발을 제조하는 방법.
