Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种透气鞋及其生产方法。
背景技术
如人们所知的,为了使鞋子穿着舒适,必须在鞋子内部的小环境与外部环境之间保证适当的热量与水汽的交换。
然而,这种热量与水汽的交换不能以任何方式损害鞋子相对于外界湿汽或水的不可渗透性。
目前市场上出售的鞋子基本上将热量与水汽的交换的功能托付在鞋帮或鞋底。
关于鞋帮,目前市场上可以买到的是多孔的和/或设有由透气且防水的材料制成的衬里的鞋子。
在某些样式中,鞋帮的一些部分可以由那些确实能同时防水且透气的材料替代。
在橡胶底中,针对解决由于材料本身的特性而造成的透气性能差的问题提出了许多建议。
在意大利专利No.1232798中揭示一种这样的解决方法,它包括将鞋底分成具有通孔的两层,以及将一透气的防水薄膜置于两层中间,将该层薄膜与两层密封地且在周边结合在一起。
在随后的专利中出现了这种解决方案的多种变换,所有这些解决方案都集中在将鞋底分成两层,从而将外界的水和污物阻止在尽量接近与地面接触的表面的一区域中。
这样使得生产过程复杂化,尤其还防碍了特殊薄形鞋底的生产。
在其它的情况中,例如欧洲专利No.275644中的实例,整个鞋底设有若干通孔,且在顶部与具有一底面的鞋帮相结合,整个鞋底是由防水透气材料(聚四氟乙烯多孔泡沫塑料)制成的,而其中间置有一层由多孔材料制成的保护层。
这种结构适于那些鞋帮不是以例如已知的“斯特罗贝尔法(Strobel)”、“标准沿条法(ideal welt)”或“预装法(preassembled)”这些传统的方法制造的鞋子。
欧洲专利No.103601也揭示了一种鞋底,在这种鞋底中的一些限定的区域有一些孔完全贯穿,以及在这种鞋底中,在一向上区域中,防水透气薄膜与由其上搁置有脚的软的多孔材料制成的一基底接触; 这种解决方方案与上述一种相当,且使它不能适用于传统的方法。

在短筒靴内部还有一鞋垫,它是由毛毡或类似材料制成的。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种具有防水且透气的鞋底的鞋子,它可以由上文中所引用的传统的方法(经过适当的修改)生产,且比本技术领域中所知的任何一种方法要简便。
在这个目标中,本发明的一个目的是提供一种透气的鞋,它的结构完全不会带来与样式与美观研究有关的限制,对鞋子的形状与式样提供了最大的自由度。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种透气的鞋子,它可以日复一日使用以及在运动中使用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种透气的鞋子,它的成本可与目前已知的鞋子的成本竞争。
根据本发明,它提供如同所附权利要求上所确定的一种透气的鞋子以及一种用于生产透气的鞋子的生产方法。

具体实施方式
特别参照图1与图2,根据本发明的可透气的鞋子在这种情况中包括围绕脚插入区域的一组件10,它依次由可透气的(例如由不带有密封涂剂的天然皮革制成)鞋帮11组成,以及与一透气的或穿孔的衬里12(例如由坎布雷尔(Cambrelle)制成的)相联系。

显然,当保持鞋子的这种结构时,可以满足高柔韧性、适用于任何款式以及市场上所需的美观及经济水准。
又显然,由于操作可以完全自动化,根据本发明的结构易于大量生产。
再显然,根据本发明的鞋子的结构允许关于它的组件的结合的一定的灵活性,从而节约了与它适应多种生产环境与条件的灵活性与适应性相关的生产节约。
本发明易于作出多种变换和变型,所有这些变化都将在本发明概念的范围中;此外,所有的细节可以其它技术相当的元件替代。
材料及尺寸可以根据需要而定。
本申请要求意大利专利No.PD2000A000091的优先权,该专利中所揭示的内容结合在此处以作参考。
Claims (25)
1.一种透气鞋,其特征在于,所述透气鞋包括下列元件的组合:
一组件(10,310,410),所述组件围绕着脚插入区域且包括一可透气的鞋帮(11,311,411);
至少一薄膜(14,314,414),所述薄膜由防水且透气的材料制成,以及在一向下的区域与所述组件(10,310,410)相联系;
一鞋底(16,116,216,316,41 6),所述鞋底由多孔的弹性体制成,与所述鞋帮(11,311,411)结合以及在所述薄膜(14,314,414)周边密封;
一保护元件(17,117,317,417),所述保护元件由防水解、可排水的、透气或多孔的材料制成,并且所述保护元件可布置在所述薄膜(14,314,414)下方的所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)的上部与相邻于地面接触表面的鞋底的内部之间的区域中。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋子,其特征在于,围绕着脚插入区域的所述组件(10)由一鞋帮(11)和一透气或多孔的鞋垫(13)组成,其中鞋垫根据“斯特罗贝尔法”或“标准沿条法”生产方法与所述鞋帮(11)的边缘缝合,从而形成一袋状物。
3.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述组件(310)由透气的管状鞋帮(311)构成。
4如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述组件(410)包括:
一透气的鞋帮(411)
一透气或多孔的组件鞋垫(413),所述鞋帮(411)的边缘折叠且粘合在鞋垫(413)的下方,从而形成一袋状物;
一透气或多孔的填料层(413a),它由所述鞋帮(411)折叠的边缘环绕。
5.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋底(16,316,416)由具有通过它的厚度的通孔(16a,316a,416a)的弹性体块制成,沿一周边的边缘与所述鞋帮(11,311,411)结合且在周边密封于所述薄膜(14,314,414)。
6.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,在所述鞋底(216)的鞋帮具有一中空区域(220),该区域由一边缘(221)沿周边地界定,突出部分(222)从所述中空区域(220)突出,而孔或槽(223)形成在所述边缘(221)中且将所述中空区域(220)与外面连接。
7.如权利要求6所述鞋子,其特征在于,各个所述孔(223)相对于地面接触面倾斜,从而使向外部分低于向内部分。
8.如权利要求7所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述孔(223)具有仅允许空气向外流出的单向阀。
9.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)通过以防水解的粘合剂粘合或通过高频焊接与所述鞋帮(11,311,411)结合。
10.如权利要求5所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)通过直接在一模具中注射与所述鞋帮(11,311,411)相结合。
11.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述保护元件(17,117,317,417)的边缘(18,318,418)位于所述薄膜(14,314,414)的边缘(19,319,419)内部,从而允许与所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)形成一密封状态。
12.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述薄膜(14,314,414)的边缘围绕所述保护元件(17,117,317,417)的边缘折叠。
13.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,如果所述保护元件(17,117,317,417)的周长与薄膜(14,314,414)的相同,则将所述保护元件(17,117,317,417)的边缘部分做薄,从而允许在所述薄膜(14,314,414)与所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)之间密封粘合剂渗入。
14.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述保护元件(17,117,317,417)由排水的且能快干的材料制成。
15.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述保护元件(117)夹在相互密封地结合且所述鞋底(116)划分成的两部分(116a,116b)之间,各个部分(116a,116b)具有若干通孔(116c,116d)。
16.如权利要求1所述鞋子,其特征在于,所述保护元件(17,117,317,417)由凯夫拉尔织物或过滤织物制成。
17.如权利要求1所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋帮(11,311,411)通过点粘合与一透气或多孔的衬里(12,312,412)联系。
18.如权利要求1所述的鞋子,其特征在于,所述薄膜(14,314,414)结合到一由合成材料制成的支承网状织物(15,315,415)。
19.一种用于生产透气鞋的方法,包括以下步骤:
设置一具有透气的鞋帮(11,311,411)的鞋帮组件(10,310,410)
设置由防水或透气材料制成的薄膜(14,314,414);
设置由多孔的弹性体制成的一鞋底(16,116,216,316,416);以及
使所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)、所述薄膜(14,314,414)与所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)相互结合,从而使所述薄膜(14,314,414)布置在所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)与所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)之间,而所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)周边密封到所述薄膜(14,314,414)上,以防湿气从所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)通过所述薄膜(14,314,414)进入所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410),以及允许湿气通过所述薄膜(14,314,414)和所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)离开所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)内部。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
先将所述薄膜(14,314,414)与所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)连接成一整体,从而所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)成为包括所述薄膜(14,314,414)的一单一的鞋帮组件(10,310,410) 以及
随后将所述单一的鞋帮组件(10,310,410)与所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)连接。
21.如权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,包括通过点粘合将所述薄膜(14,314,414)与所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)连接。
22.如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
设置一透气的鞋垫(13)与一鞋帮(11);
通过缝线(13a)将所述透气鞋垫(13)与所述鞋帮(11)连接;以及
将所述薄膜(14)与所述鞋垫(13)连接。
23.如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
设置所述鞋帮组件(310)的一管状鞋帮(311),它具有在两相对侧部分之间延续延伸的一底部;以及
将所述薄膜(314)与所述管状鞋帮(311)的所述底部连接。
24.如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
设置一透气组件鞋垫(413),一透气填料层(413a)以及一鞋帮(411)
将所述鞋帮(411)的折叠的边缘连接在所述组件鞋垫(413)下,以及将所述填料层(413a)连接到所述组件鞋底下;以及
将所述薄膜(414)与所述填料层(413a)连接。
25.如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
先将所述薄膜(14,314,414)与所述鞋底(16,116,216,316,416)连接成一整体,从而使所述鞋底成为包括所述薄膜(14,314,414)的一单一的鞋底组件;以及
随后将所述单一鞋底组件与所述鞋帮组件(10,310,410)相连接。
