Claims (12)
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단위 및/또는 에틸렌나프탈레이트 단위를 주된 구성성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 필름으로서, 그 필름의 융점이 180∼270℃, 물과의 접촉각이 70°∼120°, 면배향계수가 0.08∼0.15인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면자유에너지가 20∼40mN/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 왁스화합물 및/또는 실리콘화합물을 0.1∼2중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름중에 함유되는 무기입자 및/또는 유기입자가 0.2∼5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 왁스화합물이 카나우바왁스이고, 또 게르마늄원소를 1∼200 ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 2층 이상의 구성으로 이루어지는 적층필름으로서, 적어도 한쪽면이 제1항에기재한 폴리에스테르필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식품포장용도로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속판에 접착시켜서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 게르마늄원소를 1∼200ppm 함유하고, 카나우바왁스를 1∼10중량% 함유하는 마스터원료를 희석하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재한 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100℃에서의 길이방향과 폭방향의 평균파단연신도가 200∼500%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100℃에서의 길이방향의 파단연신도와 폭방향의 파단연신도의 차의 절대치가 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 융점이 246∼265℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공용 이축연신 폴리에스테르필름
