Description
Claims (10)
- 융점이 150~250℃, 디에틸렌글리콜성분을 0.01~1중량% 함유하고, 고유점도 [η]가 0.8이상이고, 게르마늄원소를 1~500ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실말단기가 45당량/톤 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 융점이 150~230℃인 폴리에스테르A를 주된 구성성분으로 하는 (I)층과 융점이 220~250℃인 폴리에스테르B를 주된 구성성분으로 하는 (Ⅱ)층을 적층하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르A의 고유점도[η]가 0.7이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실질적으로 미연신필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한쪽 면의 표면에 대해서, 평균거칠기 Ra=0.001~1㎛, 최대거칠기 Rt와의 비가 Rt/Ra=3~60인 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한쪽 면의 습윤장력이 45dyne/cm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 150~230℃에서 적어도 2개 이상의 융점피이크를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화방지제를 0.001~1중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라미네이트하는 기재가, 강판, 알루미늄판 및 그들의 표면처리판 중에서 선택되는 금속판인 것을 특징으로 하는 열라미네이트용 폴리에스테르필름.
