Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- A) 에틸렌 텔레프탈레이트 단위를 주된 반복단위로 하고, 210 내지 245℃의 융점을 갖는 공중합 폴리에틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(A성분) 99 내지 60 중량 % 및 B) 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트, 혹은 부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트 단위를 주된 반복단위로 하고, 180 내지 223℃의 융점을 갖는 공중합 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(B성분) 1 내지 40 중량 %와의 용융 혼합물에, 평균입경이 2.5㎛이하의 윤활제(C성분)을 함유한 조성물로 실질적으로 형성된 폴리에스테르 필름이고, 상기 필름은, (i) 면배향계수가 0.08 내지 0.16의 범위이고 (ii) 150℃에 있어서의 열수축율이 10%이하이고 (iii) 밀도가 1.385g/㎤미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판 접합 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 또한, (iv) 필름 표면의 돌기가 하기 식 0.1≤Nd/N≤0.5 단, 식중, N은 필름표면에 있어서의 단위 면적당의 전돌기수, Nd는 필름 표면에 있어서의 단위 면적당의 윤활제를 핵으로 하여 주위에 함몰한 오목을 갖는 돌기수를 나타냄을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 또한, (v) 필름의 두께 방향의 굴절율이 1.505 내지 1.545의 범위이고, (vi) 필름면방향의 굴절율이 전방향에 관하여 1.61 내지 1.66의 범위이고, (vii) DSC에 의한 흡열곡선에 있어서, A 성분 및 B 성분에 의거하지 않는 최대 피크가 150 내지 205℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제(C성분)은, 입경비(장경/단경)가 1.0 내지 1.2의 범위인 구상 단분산 윤활제인 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합 폴리에틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(A성분)은 215 내지 240℃의 융점을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트 또는 상기 공중합 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(B성분)은 200 내지 223℃의 융점을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합 폴리에틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(A성분) : 상기 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트 또는 상기 공중합 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(B성분)의 비율이 95:5 내지 60:40의 범위인 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 (i) 면배향계수가 0.09 내지 0.15의 범위이고, (ii) 150℃에 있어서의 열수축율이 7%이하이고, (iii) 밀도가 1.380 내지 1.350g/㎤의 범위인 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 또한, (v) 상기 필름의 두께방향의 굴절율이 1.510 내지 1.540 의 범위이고, (vi) 필름면 방향의 굴절율이 전방향에 관하여 1.615 내지 1.655의 범위이고, (vii) DSC에 의한 흡열 곡선에 있어서, A 성분 및 B 성분에 의거하지 않는 최대의 피크가 150 내지 205℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름을 심교가공한 경우에 있어서의 심교가공성-(2)이 0.1mA 이하의 값을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름을 심교가공한 경우에 있어서의 내충격 균열성이 0.1mA 이하의 값을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름을 심교가공한 경우에 있어서의 내열 취화성이 0.1mA 이하의 값을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 금속캔 접합용 필름으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 심교가공에 의해 형성될 수 있는 금속 캔 접합용 필름으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
