Claims (19)
- 용존 불소 이온 제거제에 있어서,a) 탄산칼슘 반응 염산 수용액을 포함하는 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,b) 폴리메타인산나트륨 및 활성 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합수용액; 또는 희토류 화합물 수용액을 더욱 포함하는 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a)의 탄산칼슘 반응 염산 수용액이ⅰ) 농도가 5 중량% 이상인 염산 수용액에ⅱ) 탄산칼슘 10 내지 95 중량%를혼합 반응시켜서 제조하는 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 폴리메타인산나트륨 및 활성 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합 수용액이ⅲ) 폴리메타인산나트륨 1 중량% 미만; 및ⅳ) 활성 알루미늄 화합물 5 중량% 이상을 포함하는 혼합물 또는 혼합 수용액인 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 희토류 화합물 수용액이ⅴ) 희토류 화합물 5 내지 60 중량%을 포함하는 수용액인 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 활성 알루미늄 화합물이 염화알루미늄, 황산알루미늄, 폴리염화알루미늄, 및 폴리황산알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 희토류 화합물이세륨(Ce), 란탄(La), 또는 이들의 혼합물인 용존 불소 이온 제거제.
- 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법에 있어서,a) 불소 함유 폐수에 탄산칼슘 반응 염산 수용액을 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,b) 상기 a)단계의 폐수에 가성소다를 투입하여 폐수의 pH를 5.0 이상으로조절하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,c) 상기 b)단계의 폐수에 폴리메타인산나트륨 및 활성 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합 수용액, 또는 희토류 화합물 함유 수용액을 pH가 4.0∼10.0 이 될 때까지 투입한 후 소정의 고분자 응집제를 투입하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 폴리메타인산나트륨 및 활성 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합 수용액, 또는 희토류 화합물 함유 수용액의 투입은 폐수의 pH가 6.0 내지 7.0이 될 때까지 투입되는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,d) 상기 a)단계 내지 c)단계에서 생성된 슬러지를 고액 분리하고 액상의 폐수만을 배출하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,e) 상기 d)단계에서 고액 분리된 고상의 슬러지를 시멘트 원료로 재활용하는단계를 더욱 포함하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 탄산칼슘 반응 염산 수용액이ⅰ) 농도가 5 중량% 이상인 염산 수용액에ⅱ) 탄산칼슘 10 내지 95 중량%을혼합 반응시켜서 제조하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 폴리메타인산나트륨 및 활성 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물 또는 혼합 수용액이ⅲ) 폴리메타인산나트륨 1 중량% 미만; 및ⅳ) 활성 알루미늄 화합물 5 중량% 이상을 포함하는 혼합물 또는 혼합 수용액인 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 희토류 화합물 수용액이ⅴ) 희토류 화합물 5 내지 60 중량%을 포함하는 수용액인 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 활성 알루미늄 화합물이염화알루미늄, 황산알루미늄, 폴리염화알루미늄, 및 폴리황산알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 희토류 화합물이세륨(Ce), 란탄(La), 또는 이들의 혼합물인 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 탄산칼슘 반응 염산 수용액의 투입은 농도가 5 중량% 이상인 염산 수용액에 탄산칼슘 10 내지 95 중량%을 혼합 반응시켜서 제조하는 탄산칼슘 반응 염산 수용액을 폐수의 불소 이온 100 ppm에 대하여 100 내지 100,000 ppm을 투입하는 불소 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
