Claims (15)
- 기판; 및
기판 위에 놓인 복수의 연마 입자를 포함하는 코팅된 연마 물품으로서,
상기 복수의 연마 입자는 0.025 이상 및 0.090 이하의 점감 분율 표준 편차를 갖는 점감된 연마 입자를 포함하고;
상기 점감된 연마 입자 각각은 본체의 팁을 포함하는 팁 영역 및 본체의 베이스를 포함하는 베이스 영역을 포함하는 본체를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 영역은 본체의 길이를 따라 팁 영역으로부터 본체의 대향하는 말단에 있고;
상기 베이스는 복수의 피크를 갖는 베이스 표면을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 피크 중 적어도 하나의 피크는 본체의 팁의 팁 반경보다 작은 팁 반경을 갖는, 코팅된 연마 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 연마 입자의 5% 이상이 점감된 연마 입자인 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점감된 연마 입자 각각은 길이, 너비 및 두께를 갖는 본체를 포함하고, 여기서 길이>너비>두께이고 여기서 점감된 연마 입자는 1.1 이상의 1차 종횡비 (길이/너비)를 갖는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 연마 입자의 연마 입자 각각은 길이, 너비, 및 두께를 갖는 본체를 포함하고, 여기서 길이>너비>두께인 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복수의 연마 입자는 1.1 이상의 1차 배치 종횡비 [B(길이/너비)]를 갖는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복수의 연마 입자는 0.55 이하의 1차 배치 종횡비 표준 편차 [STDEV-B(길이/너비)]를 포함하는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팁 영역은 팁 영역 길이에 걸쳐 본체의 너비 또는 두께의 감소를 포함하는 점감에 의해 정의되는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베이스는 본체로부터 연장되는 돌출부를 포함하고, 돌출부는 본체의 종축에 대한 각도로 연장되고, 여기서 베이스 영역은 91 도 이상 및 180 도 이하의 베이스 각도를 포함하는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점감된 연마 입자는 0.87 이상이 평균 견고성을 포함하는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 기판; 및
복수의 연마 입자를 포함하는 코팅된 연마 물품으로서,
상기 복수의 연마 입자의 연마 입자 각각은 길이, 너비 및 두께를 포함하는 본체를 갖고, 상기 복수의 연마 입자는 점감된 연마 입자를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 연마 입자는 2.1 이상 내지 4.7 이하의 범위 내의 평균 1차 배치 종횡비 [B(길이/너비)] 및 0.05 이상 및 0.55 이하의 1차 배치 종횡비 표준 편차 [STDEV-B(길이/너비)]를 갖고;
상기 점감된 연마 입자 각각은 본체의 팁을 포함하는 팁 영역 및 본체의 베이스를 포함하는 베이스 영역을 포함하는 본체를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 영역은 본체의 길이를 따라 팁 영역으로부터 본체의 대향하는 말단에 있고;
상기 베이스는 복수의 피크를 갖는 베이스 표면을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 피크 중 적어도 하나의 피크는 본체의 팁의 팁 반경보다 작은 팁 반경을 갖는, 코팅된 연마 물품. - 제10항에 있어서, 평균 1차 배치 종횡비 [B(길이/너비)]는 2.2 이상인 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 평균 1차 배치 종횡비 [B(길이/너비)]는 4.6 이하인 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 복수의 연마 입자는 0.52 이하의 1차 배치 종횡비 표준 편차 [STDEV-B(길이/너비)]를 포함하는 코팅된 연마 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 1차 배치 종횡비 표준 편차 [STDEV-B(길이/너비)]는 0.06 이상인 코팅된 연마 물품.
