Abstract
중간 접착층에 의해 접착제로 접착된 두 개의 유리 시트를 포함하는 자동차 앞유리용 적층 글레이징으로서 상기 글레이징은 카메라와 결합되어 있고,
적층 글레이징은
- 카메라 필드에 배치된 장식이 없는 제1 구역(11)을 포함하는 중간 접착층 상의 제1 장식(1), 및
- 적층 글레이징을 조립 시 중첩되는 제1 장식(1)의 크기보다 작은 치수의 자유 구역(23)을 구획하는, 구멍이 없는 스트립(22)으로 구성된 제2 장식(2)이
중첩되어 생기는 불투명 장식을 포함하며,
구멍이 없는 스트립(22)은 1 내지 30 mm 사이의 폭을 가지며 상기 자유 구역(23)의 최소 치수가 50 mm보다 작지 않으며;
적층 글레이징의 제조를 위한 세 가지 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

도 1은 폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB) 중간 접착층 위의 제1 장식을 도시한다.

Claims (17)
- 장착된 위치에서 각각 차량 공간(enclosure)의 외부 및 내부를 향해 배치되는 제1 유리 시트 및 제2 유리 시트를 포함하는 자동차 앞유리용 적층 글레이징으로서, 각각의 시트는 중간 접착층에 의해 서로 접착되고, 유리 시트의 주면(main sheet)은 장착 위치에서 통상적으로 차량 공간의 외부에서 내부 방향으로 번호가 1 내지 4로 매겨져 있으며, 카메라는 차량 공간의 외부 환경 평가를 위해 차량 공간의 내측 적층 글레이징과 결합되는 자동차 앞유리용 적층 글레이징에 있어서,
적층 글레이징은
- 카메라 필드에 배치되는, 장식이 없는 제1 구역(11)을 포함하는, 중간 접착층 상의 제1 장식(1)과
- 구멍이 없는 스트립(22) 형상의 에나멜로 구성된, 유리 시트의 2, 3 또는 4면 위의 제2 장식(2)이 중첩되어 생기는 불투명 장식을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징이며,
구멍이 없는 스트립(22)은 제1 장식(1)의 크기보다 작은 크기의 자유 구역(23)(에나멜이 없는 구역)의 경계를 정하며, 제1 장식(1)은 적층 글레이징을 조립할 때 자유 구역(23)과 겹쳐지고,
구멍이 없는 스트립(22)은 1 내지 30 mm의 폭을 가지며, 자유 구역(23)의 최소 치수가 50 mm보다 작지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항에 있어서,
구멍이 없는 스트립(22)은 적어도 2 mm의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
구멍이 없는 스트립(22)은 최대 10 mm의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
자유 구역(23)의 최소 치수가 70 mm 보다 작지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제1 장식(1)의 치수는 자유 구역(23)의 치수보다 1 내지 20 mm 만큼 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제2 장식(2)은 적층 글레이징의 주변부에 형성되고, 차량 공간의 지붕 부분과의 접합부에 있는, 장착 위치에서 적층 글레이징의 상부 측에서부터 적층 글레이징에 접착제로 접착되어 있는 백미러 베이스 아래 부분까지 내려오는 혀 모양의 에나멜(enamel tongue)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 혀 모양의 에나멜은 구멍이 없는 스트립(22)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
에나멜은 그라데이션 에지 구역(21)과 구멍이 없는 스트립(22)으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서,
혀 모양의 에나멜은 그라데이션 에지 구역(21)과 구멍이 없는 스트립(22)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제1 장식(1) 또는 제2 장식(2)은 빗물 센서를 위한, 장식이 없는 제2 구역(24)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제9항에 있어서,
장식이 없는 제2 구역(24)이 장식이 없는 제1 구역(11)과 하나로 합쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제9항에 있어서,
장식이 없는 제2 구역(24)이 혀 모양의 에나멜안에 국한되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제1 장식(1) 또는 상기 제2 장식(2)은 광 센서를 위한, 장식이 없는 제3 구역(25)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제12항에 있어서,
장식이 없는 제1(11), 제2(24) 및 제3(25) 구역 중 적어도 두 개가 하나로 합쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제6항에 있어서,
장식이 없는 제2 구역(24) 및/또는 제3 구역(25)이 혀 모양의 에나멜 안에 국한되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 적층 글레이징을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
중간 접착층에 제1 장식(1)을 인쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 적층 글레이징 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 적층 글레이징을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
인쇄 필름을 중간 접착층에 삽입하여 제1 장식(1)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 적층 글레이징을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
채색된 중간 접착 필름을 중간 접착층에 삽입하여 제1 장식(1)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 글레이징 제조 방법.
