Claims (22)
- 수술 트레이닝용 모조 조직 구조에 있어서,
모조 대장(stimulated large intestine)으로서, 근위 단부와 원위 단부 사이에 종축을 따라서 연장되는 중앙 내강(central lumen)을 정의하는 관형 구조(tubular structure)를 갖는, 상기 모조 대장;
상기 모조 대장의 원위 단부에 연결된 모조 맹장(simulated appendix);
상기 모조 대장을 따라서 종방향으로(longitudinally) 연장되고 상기 모조 대장에 연결된 모조 결장끈(simulated teniae coli);
근위 단부와 원위 단부 사이에 중간 부분을 갖는 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥(simulated artery)으로서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥은 상기 모조 맹장에 연결되는, 상기 모조 동맥; 및
상기 모조 맹장을 실질적으로 봉입(enclose)하는 포켓을 포함하되, 상기 포켓은 실리콘의 하단 층 및 실리콘의 상단 층을 포함하고; 상기 모조 맹장 및 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥은 상기 하단 층과 상기 상단 층 사이에 위치되는, 모조 조직 구조. - 수술 트레이닝용 모조 조직 구조에 있어서,

상기 모조 맹장을 실질적으로 봉입(enclose)하는 포켓을 포함하되, 상기 포켓은, 상기 모조 대장 및 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥의 일부, 상기 모조 맹장을 수용하기 위해 상기 모조 대장에 그리고 실리콘의 하단 층의 하단 에지에 부착된 상기 실리콘의 상단 층 및 상기 모조 대장의 바닥에 부착된 상기 실리콘의 하단 층을 포함하는, 모조 조직 구조. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모조 대장은 축소된 직경을 갖는 적어도 하나의 횡방향 폴드(fold)를 포함하는, 모조 조직 구조.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 모조 결장끈은 상기 모조 결장끈의 상기 종방향의 길이를 따라서 적어도 하나의 더 넓은 측방 부분(lateral portion)을 포함하고; 상기 적어도 하나의 더 넓은 측방 부분은 상기 적어도 하나의 횡방향 폴드에 정렬되는, 모조 조직 구조.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모조 결장끈은 실리콘의 좁은 스트립(strip)인, 모조 조직 구조.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모조 회장(simulated ileum)을 더 포함하되, 상기 모조 대장은 상기 원위 단부 근처에 홀(hole)을 포함하고; 상기 모조 회장은 상기 홀 내에 삽입되어 상기 모조 대장에 연결되고, 상기 포켓은 상기 모조 회장의 일부를 추가로 수용하는, 모조 조직 구조.

- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 모조 결장끈은 화이트 실리콘의 좁은 스트립인, 모조 조직 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥의 근위 단부는 모조 회장(simulated ileum) 아래에 배치되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥의 중간 부분은 상기 하단 층에 부착되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 동맥의 원위 단부는 상기 모조 맹장에 부착되는, 모조 조직 구조.

- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모조 대장은 직경을 갖는 상기 중앙 내강을 정의하는 내부 표면을 갖는 실리콘의 제 1 층; 및 실리콘의 제 2 층을 포함하고;
상기 모조 결장끈(simulated teniae coli)은 내부 표면, 외부 표면, 최상단 에지와 바닥 에지 사이에 정의된 길이, 및 제 1 측면 에지와 제 2 측면 에지 사이에 정의된 폭을 갖는 실리콘의 스트립(strip)이고; 상기 실리콘의 스트립은 상기 제 1 층과 상기 제 2 층 사이에 내장된(embed), 모조 조직 구조. - 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 실리콘의 스트립의 내부 표면은 상기 실리콘의 제 1 층의 외부 표면에 부착되는, 모조 조직 구조.

- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고밀도 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 폼(high density ethylene vinyl acetate foam) 또는 텍스쳐드(textured) 실리콘으로 제조된 백그라운드 시트(background sheet)를 더 포함하고, 상기 백그라운드 시트는 레드(red)색인, 모조 조직 구조.
- 복강경 충수 절제(appendectomy) 수술 훈련을 위한 시스템으로서, 사용 시 직접 관찰로부터 은폐된(concealed) 내부 공동을 갖는 복강경 트레이너와 청구항 20항의 모조 조직 구조를 포함하고, 백그라운드 시트(background sheet)는 상기 복강경 트레이너의 내부 공동에 충수 절제 모델을 해제가능하게 부착하고 고정하도록 구성된, 시스템.
