Claims (8)
- 복합 금속 산화물 촉매를 충전한 다관형 반응기를 이용하여 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 터셔리부탄올을 분자상 산소에서 기상 접촉 부분 산화함으로써 대응하는 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산을 얻는, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법으로서,
복합 금속 산화물 촉매를 포함하는 촉매층을 관 축 방향으로 2층 이상 적층하여 다층 충전하고,
하나의 촉매층에 포함되는 복합 금속 산화물 촉매의 조성이, 그 외의 촉매층의 적어도 하나에 포함되는 복합 금속 산화물 촉매의 조성과 상이하고,
관 축의 가장 가스 입구측의 촉매층의 몰리브덴의 성분량에 대한 비스무트의 성분량의 비가, 관 축의 가장 가스 출구측의 촉매층의 몰리브덴의 성분량에 대한 비스무트의 성분량의 비보다 크고,
서로 이웃하는 2개의 촉매층의 어느 것에 있어서도, 관 축의 가스 입구측의 촉매층의 몰리브덴의 성분량에 대한 비스무트의 성분량의 비가, 관 축의 가스 출구측의 촉매층의 몰리브덴의 성분량에 대한 비스무트의 성분량의 비와 동일 또는 그보다 크고,
또한 관 축의 가장 가스 출구측의 촉매층이 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 포함하는 촉매를 포함하는, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법:
일반식 (1) Mo12BiaFebCocNidXeYfZgOh
(식 중, X는 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 세륨(Ce) 및 사마륨(Sm)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Y는 붕소(B), 인(P), 비소(As), 안티몬(Sb), 텅스텐(W), 규소(Si) 및 알루미늄(Al)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Z는 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 루비듐(Rb) 및 세슘(Cs)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, a∼h는 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타내고, a=0.40 이상 0.80 미만, b=1.0∼2.5, c=3.0∼7.5, d=2.0∼3.5, e=0∼10, f=0∼10, g=0.01∼1.0, h는 다른 원소의 산화 상태를 만족시키는 수치로 표기되고, d/a가 2.5보다 크고 8.8 이하이고, 또한 d/g가 2.0 이상 350 이하이고, 또한 a/g가 0.4 이상 80 미만임). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 포함하는 촉매는, 몰리브덴 성분 원료를 몰리브덴산 암모늄만으로 하고, 용해시키는 물의 중량을 몰리브덴산 암모늄 중에 포함되는 몰리브덴의 중량에 대하여 8.5배 이하로 하고, 또한 비스무트 성분 원료를 질산 비스무트만으로 하고, 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 중량을 질산 비스무트 중에 포함되는 비스무트의 중량에 대하여 2.3배 이상으로 하고, 또한 질산 비스무트를 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 질산 농도를 10중량% 이상으로 하여 조합하는 공정을 거쳐 조제되는 것인, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복합 금속 산화물 촉매가 불활성인 담지체의 표면에 촉매 활성 성분을 담지한 구 형상의 코팅 촉매인, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 다관형 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중의 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 터셔리부탄올 부하가, 1시간당 단위 촉매 체적에 대하여 100배 이상(표준 상태 환산)인, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 다관형 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중의 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 터셔리부탄올 부하가, 1시간당 단위 촉매 체적에 대하여 150배 이상(표준 상태 환산)인, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 다관형 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중에 포함되는 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 터셔리부탄올 농도가 8.5용량% 이하인, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 다관형 반응기에 충전되는 모든 촉매층이, 복합 금속 산화물 촉매와 불활성 물질의 물리 혼합에 의한 희석이 되어 있지 않은, 아크롤레인, 메타크롤레인, 아크릴산, 또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법. - 삭제
