도 2는 실시예에 있어서의 각 촉매의 프로필렌 전화율(몰%)에 대한 유효 수율(몰%) 및 비교예 1의 촉매와 동일한 원자 비율을 갖는 촉매에 있어서의 소성 온도, 반응욕 온도를 변화시켜 평가한 프로필렌 전화율(몰%)에 대한 유효 수율(몰%)의 플롯의 선형 근사 곡선을 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 함유하고, 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 조합하는 공정에 있어서, 몰리브덴 성분 원료를 몰리브덴산 암모늄만으로 하고, 용해시키는 물의 중량이 몰리브덴산 암모늄 중에 포함되는 몰리브덴의 중량에 대하여 4.0배 이상 8.5배 이하이고, 또한 비스무트 성분 원료를 질산 비스무트만으로 하고, 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 중량이 질산 비스무트 중에 포함되는 비스무트의 중량에 대하여 2.3배 이상이고, 또한 질산 비스무트를 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 질산 농도가 10중량% 이상인 방법에 의해 조제된, 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산 제조용 촉매:

(식 중, X는 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 세륨(Ce) 및 사마륨(Sm)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Y는 붕소(B), 인(P), 비소(As), 안티몬(Sb) 및 텅스텐(W)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Z는 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 루비듐(Rb), 세슘(Cs)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, a∼g는 각 성분의 원자 비율을 나타내고, h는 촉매 성분의 산화도로 결정되는 수치이고, a=0.40 이상 0.80 미만, b=1.0∼2.5, c=4.5∼7.5, d=1.6∼3.5, e=0∼10, f=0∼10, g=0.015∼0.12이고, h는 다른 원소의 산화 상태를 만족시키는 수치로 표기되고, d/a가 2.0보다 크고 8.8 이하이고, 또한 d/g가 14 이상 100 이하이고, 또한 a/g가 3.5 이상 53.3 미만임). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)의 e 및 f가 0인 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산 제조용 촉매. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1)의 성분을 함유하는 슬러리를 건조하여 얻어지는 건조 분체를 200℃ 이상 600℃ 이하의 온도에서 소성하여 얻어진 예비 소성 분체를 성형하고, 재차 200℃ 이상 600℃ 이하의 온도에서 소성한 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산 제조용 촉매. - 제1항에 있어서,
촉매의 성형 방법이 구 형상 담체에 촉매 활성 성분을 코팅하는 방법이고, 얻어진 촉매의 평균 입경이 3.0㎜∼10.0㎜이고, 촉매 활성 성분의 중량이 촉매 전체에 차지하는 비율이 20∼80중량%인 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산 제조용 촉매. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산 제조용 촉매의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 조합하는 공정에 있어서, 몰리브덴 성분 원료를 몰리브덴산 암모늄만으로 하고, 용해시키는 물의 중량을 몰리브덴산 암모늄 중에 포함되는 몰리브덴의 중량에 대하여 4.0배 이상 8.5배 이하로 하고, 또한 비스무트 성분 원료를 질산 비스무트만으로 하고, 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 중량을 질산 비스무트 중에 포함되는 비스무트의 중량에 대하여 2.3배 이상으로 하고, 또한 질산 비스무트를 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 질산 농도를 10중량% 이상으로 하는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉매를 사용하는 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산의 제조 방법.
