Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (a) 적어도 2개의 공동을 포함하는 금형의 제1 금형 공동 내에서 플라스틱 기판을 성형하여 성형 플라스틱 기판을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 성형 플라스틱 기판을 금형의 제2 금형 공동 내로 도입하는 단계;
(c) 기판을 코팅하기 위해, 성형 플라스틱 기판을 함유하는 제2 금형 공동 내로 코팅 조성물을 도입하는 단계이며, 상기 코팅 조성물은
(i) 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 포함하는 중합체, 및
(ii) 폴리이소시아네이트
를 포함하는 것인 단계;
(d) 제2 금형 공동 내 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계; 및
(e) 금형 공동을 개방하는 단계이며, 여기서 코팅된 성형 기판은 중력 단독에 의해 또는 흡입력 단독으로 제2 금형 공동으로부터 이형되는 것인 단계
를 포함하고,
제2 금형 공동의 표면 상에 외부 이형제가 존재하며,
상기 코팅 조성물은
(i) 80 내지 105℃의 금형 온도,
(ii) 적어도 120 kg/mm2 (11768 bar)의 외부 금형 압력에서; 및
(iii) 적어도 70초의 기간 동안
경화되는 것이고,
상기 외부 금형 압력은 1 mm2의 금형의 면에 대해 인가된 외부 인가 압력을 의미하는 것인, 금형내 코팅 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리카르보네이트/아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 (PC/ABS) 블렌드를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 금형 공동 내 기판의 성형이 이소시아네이트-반응성 관능기를 포함하는 실리콘의 존재 하에 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이 100% 고형분 조성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 포함하는 중합체가
(i) 방향족 분지형 폴리에스테르 폴리올; 및
(ii) 지방족 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올
을 포함하는 것인 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 분지형 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 400 내지 1000 그램/몰의 Mn, 1.9 내지 2.5의 히드록실 관능가, DIN EN ISO 3219/A3에 따라 측정하며 회전 점도계인 비스코 테스터(Visco Tester)® 550 (써모 하케 게엠베하(Thermo Haake GmbH))를 사용하여 결정한 경우 23℃에서 3000 내지 5000 mPa·s의 점도, DIN 53 240/2에 따라 측정된 15.4 내지 16.6%의 히드록실 함량, 및 100 내지 200 mg KOH/그램의 히드록실가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물 중의 (i) 및 (ii)의 중량비가 1:4 내지 4:1의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가, DIN EN ISO 3219/A3에 따라 측정하며 회전 점도계인 비스코 테스터® 550 (써모 하케 게엠베하)를 사용하여 결정한 경우 23℃ 및 100% 고형분에서 800 내지 1400 mPa·s의 점도; DIN EN ISO 11909에 따른 22.5 내지 23.5%의 이소시아네이트 기 함량; 2.8 내지 3.2의 NCO 계산치 관능가; 및 1 중량% 미만의 단량체 디이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 포함하는 중합체 및 폴리이소시아네이트가, 코팅 조성물이 1:1 내지 1.8:1의 이소시아네이트 기 대 이소시아네이트-반응성 기의 비율을 갖도록 하는 상대량으로 조합되는 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 비율이 적어도 1.3:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 코팅 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%의 양으로 조성물 중에 존재하는 폴리에테르-개질된 실리콘을 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 30 다인/cm 이하의 표면 장력을 갖는 경화된 코팅을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 조성물 중에 존재하는 실리콘을 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부 이형제는 무전해 니켈 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 코팅을 포함하는 것인 방법.
