Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- (a) 금형의 금형 공동 내로 플라스틱 기재를 도입하는 단계;
(b) 기재를 코팅하기 위해,
(i) 가공 온도 50℃ - 120℃에서,
(ii) 가공 압력 11,000 내지 20,700 kPa에서,
플라스틱 기재를 함유하는 금형 공동 내로 코팅 조성물을 도입하는 단계; 및
(c) 62-105℃의 경화 온도에서 금형 공동 내의 조성물을 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하고;
여기서 코팅 조성물은 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 포함하는 중합체; 및 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고,
여기서 코팅 조성물은 가공 온도에서 200 내지 500 mPa·s의 점도를 갖고,
여기서 전자 회로, 발광 다이오드 및 그래픽 이미지 중 적어도 1종이 플라스틱 기재에 캡슐화되고 부착되는 것인
금형내 코팅 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기재가 방향족 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 가공 온도가 50-80℃, 또는 66-77℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가공 압력이 12,400 내지 15,200 kPa인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금형 온도가 71 내지 82℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 수지를 포함하는 중합체 및 폴리이소시아네이트를 혼합 헤드 내로 혼합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 여기서 성분은 금형 공동 내로 사출되기 전에 혼합되는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 수지를 포함하는 중합체 및 폴리이소시아네이트 중 1종이 0.15 mm - 0.70 mm의 직경을 갖는 오리피스를 통해 충돌 혼합 헤드로 공급되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 포함하는 중합체가 (i) 방향족 분지형 폴리에스테르 폴리올; 및 (ii) 지방족 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올이 폴리카르보네이트 디올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이 0.05 mm 내지 3.5 mm, 또는 0.5 mm - 3.0 mm의 두께를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 표면이 기재로부터 실질적으로 일정한 거리에 있는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이 가소제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기재를 성형하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 금형이 제1 공동 및 제2 공동을 포함하고, 플라스틱 기재를 제1 공동에서 성형하고 코팅 조성물을 제2 공동에서 도입하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자 회로, 발광 다이오드 및/또는 그래픽 이미지를 포함하는 필름을 부가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기재가 성형되는 공동에 필름을 적용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물을 도입하기 전에, 플라스틱 기재에 전자 회로, 발광 다이오드 및/또는 그래픽 이미지를 부가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
