Abstract
Description
[実施例1]
表1に列挙された構成成分および量を使用して、コーティング組成物を調製した。それぞれの場合において、Desmophen(登録商標)ポリオールを高速分散機内で約2000rpmでブレンドすることにより、成分Iを調製した。成分Iの残りの構成成分を別個に秤量し、混合中のポリオールに直接添加した。約15分間の混合後、成分Iをパッケージ化した。

Claims (15)
- インモールドコーティングのための方法であって、
(a)少なくとも2つの穴を備える型の第1の型穴内でプラスチック基板を成形し、成形プラスチック基板を形成するステップと;
(b)前記成形プラスチック基板を、前記型の第2の型穴に導入するステップと;
(c)前記成形プラスチック基板をコーティングするために、前記基板を含有する前記第2の型穴にコーティング組成物を導入するステップであって、前記コーティング組成物が、
(i)イソシアネート反応性基を含むポリマーと;
(ii)ポリイソシアネートと
を含むステップと;
(d)前記第2の型穴内で、62〜105℃の型温度および少なくとも100kg/mm2の外部型圧力で少なくとも60秒の期間の硬化条件で、前記組成物を硬化させるステップと;
(e)前記型穴を開放し、コーティングされた成形基板が、重力のみにより、または吸引力のみにより前記第2の型穴から解放されるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記基板が、PC/ABSブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の型穴内で前記基板を成形するステップが、イソシアネート反応性官能基を含むシリコーンの存在下で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物が、100%固形分組成物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート反応性基を含む前記ポリマーが、(i)芳香族分岐ポリエステルポリオール;および(ii)脂肪族ポリカーボネートポリオール、例えばポリカーボネートジオールを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族分岐ポリエステルポリオールが、400から1000グラム/モルのMn、1.9から2.5のヒドロキシル官能価、DIN EN ISO 3219/A3に従って測定され、回転式粘度計−Visco Tester(登録商標)550(Thermo Haake GmbH)を使用して決定された場合の、3000から5000mPa・sの23℃における粘度、DIN 53 240/2に従って測定される、15.4〜16.6%のヒドロキシル含量、および100から200mgKOH/グラムのヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物中の(i)および(ii)の重量比が、1:4から4:1の範囲内である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートは、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレートを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
