바인더를 함유하는 고체 전해질 조성물. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 바인더가 입자 형상인 고체 전해질 조성물. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 바인더가, 아크릴라텍스, 유레테인라텍스 및/또는 유레아라텍스인 고체 전해질 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고체 전해질 조성물의 층을 집전체 상에 갖는 전고체 이차 전지용 전극 시트.
- 정극 활물질층, 부극 활물질층 및 무기 고체 전해질층을 구비하는 전고체 이차 전지로서, 상기 정극 활물질층 및 상기 부극 활물질층 중 적어도 1층이, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된, 고체 전해질 조성물의 층인 전고체 이차 전지.
- 하기 공정을 포함하는 전고체 이차 전지용 전극 시트의 제조 방법으로서,
[1] 활물질과 제1 황화물계 무기 고체 전해질을 접촉시키는 공정
[2] 상기 활물질과 접촉하는 상기 제1 황화물계 무기 고체 전해질과, 제2 황화물계 무기 고체 전해질을 혼합하는 공정
상기 제1 황화물계 무기 고체 전해질이 할로젠 원소를 함유하고, 또한 적어도 일부가 결정상이며,
상기 제2 황화물계 무기 고체 전해질이, 상기 제1 황화물계 무기 고체 전해질과 다른 조성을 갖는 전고체 이차 전지용 전극 시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 12에 기재된 전고체 이차 전지용 전극 시트의 제조 방법을 통하여, 전고체 이차 전지를 제조하는 전고체 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
