- 리튬 복합금속 산화물을 포함하는 코어; 및
상기 코어의 표면 상에 위치하고, 비정질 산화물을 포함하는 표면처리층;을 포함하고,
상기 표면처리층은 실리콘 산화물(SiO2), 3A족 원소 및 4A족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 또는 반금속 원소를 포함하는 질화물 및 1A족 원소, 2A족 원소 및 3B족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소를 포함하는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.

0.8≤a≤1.5, 0.3≤x<1, 0<y≤0.5, 0<z≤0.5, 0≤w≤0.02 및 x+y+z+w=1이다.
- 실리콘을 함유하는 제1 원료물질, 질소를 함유하는 제2 원료물질 및 1A족 원소, 2A족 원소 및 3B족 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소를 포함하는 제3 원료물질을 이용하여 비정질 산화물을 형성하는 제1 단계; 및
상기 비정질 산화물과 리튬 복합금속 산화물을 혼합한 후, 열처리하여 상기 리튬 복합금속 산화물 상에 비정질 산화물을 포함하는 표면처리층을 형성하는 제2 단계를 포함하는 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계는 상기 제1 원료물질, 제2 원료물질 및 제3 원료물질을 혼합하고, 900℃ 내지 1,800℃에서 용융시킨 후, 냉각하여 비정질 산화물을 형성하는 단계인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 혼합은 상기 제1 원료물질과 제2 원료물질과 제3 원료물질을 (0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5):(0.5~1.5)의 몰비로 혼합하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계 이후, 상기 비정질 산화물을 1 내지 1,000nm의 평균 입자 직경을 갖도록 분쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계에서, 상기 열처리는 300℃ 내지 700℃의 온도에서 열처리가 수행되는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 따른 이차전지용 양극활물질을 포함하는 이차전지용 양극.
- 청구항 13에 따른 이차전지용 양극을 포함하는 이차전지.
