Claims (15)
- 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 장착된 상태로 전지케이스의 외주 부위가 열융착으로 밀봉되어 있는 전지셀로서,
상기 전극조립체의 전극리드 한 쌍이 전지케이스로부터 외향 돌출되어 있고, 상기 전극리드들 각각에는 절연성 부재가 부가되어 있으며, 상기 절연성 부재는 외부로 돌출되어 있는 전극리드의 총 면적 대비 60% 이상의 면적에 부가되어 있고,
상기 절연성 부재는 전극리드의 양면에 부착되는 절연 필름이고,
상기 절연 필름은 전극리드 표면 일부를 감싸는 구조로 전극리드와 함께 전지케이스로부터 외부로 돌출되어 있으며,
상기 전극리드는 절연 필름이 부가되지 않은 나머지 부위를 통해 외부와 전기적으로 연결되어 있고,
(a) 상기 절연 필름이 부가되지 않은 나머지 부위만 전극리드의 돌출 방향에 대해 수직으로 절곡된 형상 또는
(b) 상기 전극리드가 절연 필름과 함께 수직으로 절곡되어 있는 형상이며,
상기 절연 필름은 외부로 돌출되어 있는 전극리드의 총 길이 대비 60% 내지 90%의 길이로 전지케이스로부터 돌출되어 있고,
상기 전지셀이 n개(n≥2)가 직렬 및/또는 병렬 연결되어 있으며,
서로 다른 전지셀의 전극리드가 상하 나란히 위치한 상태로 전지셀들이 지면에 대해 상향으로 적층되어 있고,
상기 전지셀들 중 적어도 한 쌍은 상면들이 상호 대면하는 형태로 적층되어 있으며, 상기 상면들이 대면하는 형태로 적층된 전지셀들의 전극리드들 중, 서로 연결되지 않은 전극리드들은 전극리드 각각에 부착된 절연필름에 의해 절연 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는, 전극조립체가 수용되는 수납부가 형성되어 있는 케이스 본체와, 상기 케이스 본체의 일측 단부로부터 연장되어 있거나 케이스 본체에 대해 독립적인 부재로 이루어진 평판형 커버로 구성되어 있으며,
상기 평판형 커버는 전지셀의 상면을 형성하고, 상기 전극리드들은 평판형 커버와 단면상으로 직선을 이루는 형태로 전지케이스 외측으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 삭제
