Claims (20)
- 양극, 음극 및 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 분리막 구조의 전극조립체;
내면이 전기 절연성 소재로 코팅(coating)된 금속 플레이트로 이루어져 있고, 상기 전극조립체가 내장되는 수납부가 전극조립체의 형상에 대응하여 만입되어 있는 구조로 이루어진 제 1 전지케이스; 및
상기 수납부를 감싸도록 제 1 전지케이스 상에 장착되는 수지 외층, 차단성의 금속층, 및 열용융성의 수지 실란트층을 포함하는 평면상 판상형의 라미네이트 시트로 이루어진 제 2 전지케이스;를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전지케이스와 제 2 전지케이스가 상호 접하는 부위에서, 제 1 전지케이스의 외주부가 제 2 전지케이스의 외주 단부를 감싸는 형태로 밀봉용 폴딩부를 형성하고 있고, 상기 밀봉용 폴딩부에서 제 1 전지케이스와 제 2 전지케이스의 외주 단부는 레이저(laser) 용접에 의해 상호 결합되되, 상기 밀봉용 폴딩부의 폭은 1 mm 내지 2 mm의 크기로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 폴딩형 구조, 또는 스택형 구조, 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조, 또는 라미네이션/스택형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉용 폴딩부에서, 제 1 전지케이스의 외주부는, 수납부의 대향 면인 제 2 전지케이스의 외면에 접하도록 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
