도 7은 본 발명의 또 하나의 실시예에 따른 전지셀의 제 1 수평면도 및 제 2 수평면도이다;
도 8은 도 7의 전지셀의 측면도이다.
Claims (18)
- 양극, 음극 및 분리막으로 구성된 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체가 수납부에 내장된 상태에서 외주에 밀봉 잉여부가 형성되어 있는 전지케이스를 포함하고 있고;
상기 전지케이스는 제 1 면 및 상기 제 1 면의 대향면인 제 2 면을 가진 판상형 구조로 이루어져 있으며;
상기 전지케이스의 일측 밀봉 잉여부를 경유하여 판상형의 전극 단자가 돌출되어 있고, 상기 전극 단자는 돌출 부위에서 전지케이스의 수납부 방향인 제 1 면 방향으로 180 도 절곡된 상태로 밀봉 잉여부의 내면에 접해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 폴딩형 구조, 또는 스택형 구조, 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조, 또는 라미네이션/스택형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는, 수지 외층, 차단성의 금속층, 및 열용융성의 수지 실란트층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 단자의 절곡 및 밀봉 잉여부에 대한 접한 상태를 유지할 수 있도록, 밀봉 잉여부와 전극 단자 사이에는 접착성 부재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 접착성 부재는 양면 접착 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 접착성 부재는 경화성 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 접착성 부재는 점착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 단자는 제 1 전극 리드 및 제 2 전극 리드로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극 리드 및 제 2 전극 리드는 레이저용접에 의해 상기 전극 탭들에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
