Description
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 파우치형 전지를 나타낸 종단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 파우치형 전지 중 베어 셀 상에 하부 케이스가 일체로 몰딩된 상태를 요부 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 상태에서 테라스부에 보호 회로 기판이 장착된 상태를 나타낸 요부 사시도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 상태에서 보호 회로 기판 상에 상부 케이스가 장착된 상태를 나타낸 요부 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 5를 VI-VI 선으로 잘라서 본 단면도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 파우치형 전지의 상부 케이스를 저면에서 바라본 사시도이다.

Claims (5)
- 전극 탭의 인출 방향에 위치한 실링 영역이 절곡되지 않아 형성되는 빈 공간의 테라스부를 포함하는 파우치형 베어 셀;
상기 전극 탭과 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 테라스부에 위치되며 보호 회로가 형성되는 보호 회로 기판;
상기 보호 회로 기판을 지지하고 상기 베어 셀의 상부를 케이싱하는 상부 케이스; 및
상기 상부 케이스에서 하향 돌출되어 상기 전극 탭 가운데 상기 베어 셀로부터 인출되어 절곡된 부분과 상기 보호 회로 기판 사이를 전기적으로 분리시키는 제1 격벽을 포함하는 파우치형 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베어 셀의 하부 및 측부를 케이싱하는 하부 케이스; 및
상기 하부 케이스에서 상향 돌출되되 상기 전극 탭과 상기 상부 케이스의 일측 둘레부 사이로 돌출되어 상기 일측 둘레부가 결합되는 제2 격벽을 더 포함하고, 그리고
상기 일측 둘레부는 상기 상부 케이스 중 상기 전극 탭을 기준으로 상기 테라스부의 반대측에 위치되는 부위인 파우치형 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 베어 셀은 폴리머를 전해질로 사용한 폴리머 셀인 파우치형 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 탭은 상기 보호 회로 기판과의 연결을 위해 절곡된 형상을 갖는 파우치형 전지. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하부 케이스는 상기 베어 셀의 둘레에 몰딩되어 상기 베어 셀과 일체화되는 파우치형 전지.
