Claims (10)
- 제1, 제2 전극 탭이 인출되는 것으로, 상기 제1, 제2 전극 탭이 서로 다른 평면에 배치되도록 길이 방향을 따라 휘어진 형상의 테라스 부를 구비한 베어 셀;
상기 테라스 부 상에 위치한 지지체; 및
상기 지지체 상에 위치하고, 상기 베어 셀의 각각 제1, 제2 전극 탭과 연결된 서로 다른 연결 탭을 구비하는 연성인쇄회로기판;을 포함하고,
상기 지지체는 상기 테라스 부의 형상에 대응하는 제1 면과, 상기 연성인쇄회로기판이 위치하는 제2 면을 포함하며,
상기 제2 면은 상기 테라스 부의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 인접하며 서로 다른 기울기를 갖는 복수의 평탄면들을 포함하며,
상기 연성인쇄회로기판은, 상기 평탄면들에 접촉되고,
상기 제1, 제2 전극 탭과 각각 연결되는 서로 다른 연결 탭은, 서로 다른 기울기를 갖는 평탄면 상에 위치되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연성인쇄회로기판은 전자소자들을 포함하고,
상기 전자소자들은 상기 평탄면들과 중첩된 위치에서 상기 연성인쇄회로기판에 실장된 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 면은 상기 복수의 평탄면들 사이에 곡면을 더 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭들은 상기 평탄면들과 중첩된 위치에서 상기 연성인쇄회로기판에 실장된 배터리 팩. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는 상기 연결 탭들과 중첩되는 위치에 용접 홀들을 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 베어 셀은,
상기 제1 전극 탭과 제2 전극 탭이 전기적으로 부착된 전극 조립체; 및
상기 전극 조립체를 밀봉하고, 상기 테라스 부를 형성하는 파우치;를 포함하며,
상기 제1 전극 탭과 상기 제2 전극 탭은 상기 연결 탭들과 용접된 배터리 팩. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극 탭과 상기 제2 전극 탭은, 상기 제1 전극 탭과 상기 제2 전극 탭의 길이방향과 수직한 방향으로 1차 절곡되고, 상기 1차 절곡된 위치와 이격된 위치에서 상기 베어셀을 향해 2차 절곡된 배터리 팩. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극 탭과 상기 제2 전극 탭은, 상기 2차 절곡된 위치에 제1 노치와 제2 노치를 포함하고,
상기 1차 절곡된 위치와 상기 제1 노치 간의 제1 간격과, 상기 1차 절곡된 위치와 상기 제2 노치 간의 제2 간격이 서로 상이한 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 노치와 상기 제2 노치를 잇는 절곡라인과 상기 평탄면은 서로 평행한 배터리 팩.
