Claims (23)
- 베어 셀; 및상기 베어 셀과 전기적으로 연결되며, 보호회로기판을 구비하는 보호회로 조립체를 포함하고,상기 보호회로기판은 보호 회로 모듈을 포함하며,상기 보호 회로 모듈은 상기 베어 셀과 접촉되고,상기 베어 셀은 일면에 개구부가 형성된 외장재와 상기 외장재를 밀봉하는 캡 조립체를 포함하고,상기 캡 조립체는 상기 개구부에 결합하는 캡 플레이트를 포함하며,상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 개구부의 가장자리는 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외장재는 서로 마주보는 좁은 폭의 양면과 서로 마주보는 넓은 폭의 양면을 포함하는 측면; 및상기 측면으로 둘러싸여 형성된 제1 면과 제2 면을 포함하고,상기 서로 마주보는 좁은 폭의 양면 사이의 간격이 상기 제1 면과 제2 면 사이의 간격보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로기판은 인쇄회로기판 및 상기 인쇄회로기판에 실장되는 보호 회로, PTC 서미스터, 외부 연결 단자 및 접속 단자를 구비하고,상기 보호 회로 모듈은 상기 보호 회로 및 PTC 서미스터가 봉지부에 의해 감싸져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 봉지부는 수지 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 봉지부는 상기 캡 플레이트와 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로 모듈은 상기 보호회로기판의 중심부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로 모듈이 상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 개구부의 용접된 가장자리를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로 모듈이 상기 캡 플레이트의 중심부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 단자 통공을 포함하고,상기 단자 통공은 상기 캡 플레이트의 중심에서 편심되어 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 단자 통공은 상기 캡 플레이트의 중심부로부터 장측 방향으로 1/2 이상 지점과 3/4 이하 지점 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로 모듈과 상기 베어 셀 사이에 위치하는 완충재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 완충재는 양면 접착 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
