Claims (16)
- 양극, 음극 및 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 분리막 구조의 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체가 내장되는 수납부가 형성되어 있는 전지케이스를 포함하고 있고;
상기 전지케이스의 수납부에는, 외부 충격 또는 진동에 의해 전극조립체가 2단위 이상으로 파단되어 형성되는 전극 파단물들을 상호 이격시켜 분리할 수 있도록, 분리 유도부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 폴딩형 구조, 또는 스택형 구조, 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조, 또는 라미네이션/스택형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는, 수지 외층, 차단성의 금속층, 및 열용융성의 수지 실란트층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유도부는 수납부의 중심을 폭 방향으로 통과하는 수평축 상에서 수납부의 적어도 일부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유도부는 수평축 상에서 수납부의 일측변으로부터 타측변으로 연장되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유도부는 수납부의 내측면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유도부는 수납부에서 전지케이스의 내면이 전극조립체 방향으로 만입되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스의 내면은 수납부의 깊이를 기준으로 5% 내지 30%의 크기로 만입되어 분리 유도부를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 유도부는 수납부에서 전지케이스의 내면과 전극조립체 사이에 개재되어 있는 선형 부재에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 부재는 전지케이스의 내면에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 부재의 높이는 수납부의 깊이를 기준으로 5% 내지 30%의 크기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 부재는 고분자 수지, 또는 수지 복합체, 또는 전기절연성 물질이 코팅된 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지셀을 둘 이상 포함하고 있는 전지팩.
- 제 14 항에 따른 전지팩을 전원으로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 휴대폰, 웨어러블 전자기기, 휴대용 컴퓨터, 스마트 패드, 넷북, LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle), 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 플러그-인 하이브리드 전기자동차, 및 전력저장장치로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
