Claims (43)
- 67 mol.% 내지 75 mol.%의 SiO2;
6 mol.% 내지 10 mol.%의 Al2O3;
Na2O 및 K2O를 포함하고, 상기 K2O는 0.5 mol.% 이하의 양으로 존재하는, 5 mol.% 내지 12 mol.%의 알칼리 산화물; 및
9 mol.% 내지 15 mol.%의 적어도 하나의 알칼리 토 산화물을 포함하는 유리 조성물로, 여기서
상기 알칼리 토 산화물은 SrO를 포함하고,
상기 유리 조성물은 붕소 및 붕소 화합물이 없으며, 실온 내지 300℃의 온도에서 60x10-7K-1 미만의 CTE를 가지며,
여기서 상기 유리 조성물은:
DIN 12116에 따른 적어도 부류 S2의 내산성;
ISO 695에 따른 적어도 부류 A2의 내염기성; 및
ISO 720에 따른 적어도 타입 HGA2의 내가수분해성을 갖는 유리 조성물. - 67 mol.% 내지 75 mol.%의 SiO2;
6 mol.% 내지 10 mol.%의 Al2O3;
0.5 mol.% 이하의 양으로 K2O를 포함하는, 5 mol.% 내지 12 mol.%의 알칼리 산화물;
SrO 및 BaO 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 9 mol.% 내지 15 mol.%의 알칼리 토 산화물을 포함하는 유리 조성물로서, 여기서;
상기 유리 조성물은 붕소 및 붕소화합물이 없고;
실온 내지 300℃의 온도에서 60x10-7K-1 미만의 CTE를 가지며;
상기 유리 조성물은 200 MPa 이상 및 800MPa 이하의 상응하는 압축 응력을 갖는 15 ㎛ 이상 및 50 ㎛ 이하의 층의 깊이로 이온 교환가능하고,
여기서 상기 유리 조성물은:
DIN 12116에 따른 적어도 부류 S2의 내산성;
ISO 695에 따른 적어도 부류 A2의 내염기성; 및
ISO 720에 따른 적어도 타입 HGA2의 내가수분해성을 갖는 유리 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 토 산화물은 BaO를 포함하는 유리 조성물. - 청구항 2 또는 3에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 토 산화물은 1 mol.% 이상 및 2 mol.% 이하의 양으로 SrO를 포함하는 유리 조성물. - 청구항 2 또는 3에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 토 산화물은 MgO 및 CaO를 더욱 포함하고, 상기 MgO는 3 mol.% 초과 및 7 mol.% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
Al2O3의 농도가 7 mol.% 초과인 유리 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속 산화물은 1 mol.% 내지 3 mol.%의 양으로 Li2O를 더욱 포함하는 유리 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 Na2O은 3.5 mol.% 내지 8 mol.%의 양으로 존재하는 유리 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
