Claims (12)
- 소결체로 구성된 내화체로서,
10 wt% 내지 94 wt%의 함량의 Al2O3;
1.1 wt% 이상 4 wt% 이하의 함량의 SiO2; 및
3 wt% 이상 8 wt% 이하의 함량의 Y2O3를 포함하고,
상기 내화체의 크리프 속도가 1 x 10-4 h-1 이하인, 내화체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체의 겉보기 기공률이 0.8 vol% 이하인, 내화체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 0.03 wt% 이상 0.3 wt% 이하의 ZrO2를 포함하는, 내화체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 4.0 wt% 이하의 TiO2를 포함하는, 내화체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 70 wt% 이상의 Al2O3를 포함하는, 내화체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체의 파괴 인성이 2.1 MPa-m1/2 이상인, 내화체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 실리카 상을 추가로 포함하는, 내화체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화체가 상기 내화체의 가장자리와 몸체부 사이 및 몸체부 외부에 위치하는 주변영역을 포함하고, 상기 주변영역이 상기 내화체의 가장자리의 20 mm 이내에 있는, 내화체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 상의 융점이 1300℃ 이상인, 내화체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 상의 융점이 상기 내화체를 형성하는데 사용된 소결 온도 이상인, 내화체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SiO2가 비정질 SiO2, 결정질 SiO2 또는 이들의 조합으로서 제공되는, 내화체.
