Claims (7)
- 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
화합(compounding) 동안 염기성-반응 화합물 (Z) 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%는 다른 구성성분들 중 적어도 일부 내로 항상 완전히 균질하게 혼합되고, 그런 다음에만 석영 분말 (Y)의 혼입이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물이 축합-가교 조성물, 첨가-가교 조성물, 퍼옥사이드-유도 가교 조성물 및 광-유도 가교 실리콘 조성물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (Z)가, 탈이온수 중 포화된 용액으로서, 보정된(calibrated) pH-미터에 의해 측정 시, pH 8 내지 pH 14를 갖는 무기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (Z)가 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속의 하이드록사이드 및 카르보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (Z)가 Ca(OH)2, Mg(OH)2 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 석영-함유 실리콘 조성물의 제조 방법. - 삭제
