Claims (5)
- (A) 분자 당 규소 원자에 결합된 알케닐기가 2개 이상이며, 평균 중합도가 1000 이하이고, 실온에서 액체인 유기폴리실록산 50 내지 97 중량부;(B) 규소 원자에 결합된 알케닐기가 6개 이상이며, 평균 중합도가 2000 이상이고, 실온에서 생 고무 상태인 유기폴리실록산 3 내지 50 중량부;(C) 성분 (A)와 (B)의 합계 100 중량부 당, 분자 당 규소 원자에 결합된 수소 원자가 2개 이상인 유기수소폴리실록산 0.2 내지 20 중량부;(D) 성분 (A)와 (B)의 합계 100 중량부 당, BET 법에 의해 측정된 비표면적이 100 ㎡/g 이상인 침강 실리카 10 내지 40 중량부; 및(E) 촉매량의 부가 반응 촉매를 포함하며, 25℃에서 10 s-1의 전단 속도에서 점도가 100 내지 800 Pa·s인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실온에서 액체인 유기폴리실록산 (B)의 알케닐기 함유량이 0.000015 내지 0.0005 mol/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 침강 실리카 (D)의 DBP 흡수량이 100g 당 100 내지 250mL인 것을 특징으로 하는 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 100 내지 220℃의 조건하에서 5초 내지 30분 동안 제 1 항의 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물을 경화시켜 생산한, 인장 강도가 4.0 MPa 이상이고, 파단 연신율이 200% 이상인 실리콘 고무 경화물.
