Claims (103)
- 천골(sacrum)과 장골(ilium)에 의해 형성되는 천장관절의 관절 표면들을 포함하는 상기 천장관절을 고착시키기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
연장 부재를 구비하고;
상기 천장관절 내의 이식을 위한 천장관절 임플란트를 구비하며, 상기 천장관절 임플란트는,
제1 단부와 제2 단부 사이에 배치되는 길이를 가지며, 상기 천골과 상기 장골이 움직이지 않는 관계로 배치되도록 상기 천장관절의 상기 관절 표면들 사이에 가로지르지 않고 위치하게 조절되는 연장 몸체;
상기 연장 몸체의 길이 축을 따라 연장되며, 상기 천장관절의 상기 관절 표면들 사이에 가로지르지 않게 위치하도록 조절되는 제1 방사형 부재;
상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이 축을 따라 연장되고, 상기 제1 방사형 부재에 대하여 대향하는 관계로 배치되며, 상기 천장관절의 상기 관절 표면들 사이에 가로지르지 않게 위치하도록 조절되는 제2 방사형 부재;
상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이 축을 따라 연장되고, 상기 장골의 골 내로 연장되게 조절되며, 상기 제1 방사형 부재에 대하여 수직한 관계로 배치되는 제3 방사형 부재;
상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이 축을 따라 연장되고, 상기 천골의 골 내로 연장되게 조절되며, 상기 제3 방사형 부재에 대하여 대향하는 관계로 배치되는 제4 방사형 부재; 및
상기 관절 표면들에 대해 상기 연장 부재가 가로지르는 관계로 통과하게 하도록 치수가 조절되는 상기 연장 몸체의 길이에 걸쳐 가로질러 연장되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들을 포함하고,
부분(portion), 정렬 가이드(alignment guide) 및 삽입 도구(insertion tool)를 포함하는 정렬 도구를 구비하며, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분은 상기 천장관절 임플란트의 제1 단부에 정합되게 구성되는 단부를 포함하고, 상기 정렬 가이드는 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분에 연결되며, 상기 삽입 도구가 상기 정렬 가이드에 체결되고,
상기 정렬 가이드에 대한 상기 삽입 도구의 체결이, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부가 상기 천장관절 임플란트의 제1 단부에 정합되고 상기 천장관절 임플란트가 상기 천장관절 공간 내에 위치하는 동안에, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 관절 표면들에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하도록 상기 삽입 도구를 거쳐 진행할 때에 상기 연장 부재가 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들 내에 수용되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천장관절 임플란트는 상기 연장 몸체의 상기 제1 단부와 연통되는 축상의 구멍(axial bore)을 더 포함하며, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부는 상기 축상의 구멍과 고정되게 정합되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연장 부재는 상기 연장 부재의 외측 표면에 결합되는 나선형 실(spiral thread)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 도구는 상기 정렬 가이드를 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들에 정렬시키는 고정되거나 조절 가능하게 고정되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 가이드는 캐뉼러가 삽입된(cannulated) 정렬 가이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입 도구는 상기 캐뉼러가 삽입된 정렬 가이드에 활주 가능하게 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 천골과 장골에 의해 형성되는 천장관절의 관절 표면들을 포함하는 상기 천장관절을 고착시키기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
연장 부재를 구비하고;
상기 천장관절 내의 이식을 위한 천장관절 임플란트를 구비하며, 상기 천장관절 임플란트는,
제1 단부와 제2 단부 사이에 배치되는 길이를 가지며, 상기 천골과 상기 장골이 움직이지 않는 관계로 배치되도록 상기 천장관절의 상기 관절 표면들 사이에 가로지르지 않고 위치하게 조절되는 연장 몸체;
상기 연장 몸체의 길이 축을 따라 연장되며, 상기 천장관절의 상기 관절 표면들 사이에 가로지르지 않게 위치하도록 조절되는 제1 방사형 부재;
상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이 축을 따라 연장되고, 상기 제1 방사형 부재에 대하여 대향하는 관계로 배치되며, 상기 천장관절의 상기 관절 표면들 사이에 가로지르지 않게 위치하도록 조절되는 제2 방사형 부재;
상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이 축을 따라 연장되고, 상기 장골의 골 내로 연장되게 조절되며, 상기 제1 방사형 부재에 대하여 수직한 관계로 배치되는 제3 방사형 부재; 및
상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이 축을 따라 연장되고, 상기 천골의 골 내로 연장되게 조절되며, 상기 제3 방사형 부재에 대하여 대향하는 관계로 배치되는 제4 방사형 부재를 포함하며;
부분, 정렬 가이드 및 삽입 도구를 포함하는 정렬 도구를 구비하고, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분은 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되게 구성되는 단부를 포함하며, 상기 정렬 가이드는 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분에 연결되고, 상기 삽입 도구가 상기 정렬 가이드에 체결되며,
상기 정렬 가이드에 대한 상기 삽입 도구의 체결이, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부가 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되고 상기 천장관절 임플란트가 상기 천장관절 내에 위치하는 동안에, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 삽입 도구를 거쳐 진행할 때에 상기 천장관절 및 상기 천장관절 임플란트의 상기 연장 몸체에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 천장관절을 고착시키기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
제1 단부, 제2 단부 및 상기 제1 단부와 상기 제2 단부 사이에 배치되는 길이를 갖는 연장 몸체를 포함하는 천장관절 임플란트를 구비하고, 상기 연장 몸체는 상기 천장관절이 움직이지 않도록 상기 천장관절 내에 가로지르지 않고 위치하게 조절되며;
연장 부재를 구비하고;
부분, 정렬 가이드 및 삽입 도구를 포함하는 정렬 도구를 구비하며, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분은 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되게 구성되는 단부를 포함하고, 상기 정렬 가이드는 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분에 연결되며, 상기 삽입 도구는 상기 정렬 가이드에 체결되고,
상기 정렬 가이드에 대한 상기 삽입 도구의 체결이, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부가 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되고 상기 천장관절 임플란트가 상기 천장관절 내에 위치하는 동안에, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 삽입 도구를 거쳐 진행할 때에 상기 천장관절 및 상기 천장관절 임플란트의 상기 연장 몸체에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 천장관절 임플란트는 상기 연장 부재가 상기 천장관절에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하게 하도록 치수화되는 상기 임플란트의 길이에 걸쳐 가로지르게 연장되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들을 더 구비하며,
상기 정렬 가이드에 대한 상기 삽입 도구의 체결이, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부가 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되고 상기 천장관절 임플란트가 상기 천장관절 공간 내에 위치하는 동안에, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 천장관절에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하도록 상기 연장 부재가 상기 삽입 도구를 거쳐 진행할 때에 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들 내에 수용되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 도구는 상기 정렬 가이드를 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들에 정렬시키도록 고정되거나 조절 가능하게 고정되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 천장관절 임플란트는 상기 연장 몸체의 상기 제1 단부에 연통되는 축상의 구멍을 더 포함하며, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부는 상기 축상의 구멍에 고정되게 정합되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 연장 부재는 상기 연장 부재의 외측 표면에 결합되는 나선형 실을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 가이드는 캐뉼러가 삽입된 정렬 가이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입 도구는 상기 캐뉼러가 삽입된 정렬 가이드에 활주 가능하게 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 천골과 장골에 의해 형성되는 천장관절의 관절 표면들을 포함하는 상기 천장관절을 고착시키기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
제1 단부, 제2 단부 및 상기 제1 단부와 상기 제2 단부 사이에 배치되는 길이를 갖는 연장 몸체, 그리고 서로에 대해 수직하게 배치되고 상기 연장 몸체의 상기 길이의 적어도 일부에 연장되는 한 쌍의 부재들을 포함하는 천장관절 임플란트를 구비하며, 상기 연장 몸체는 상기 천장관절이 움직이지 않도록 상기 천장관절 내에 가로지르지 않고 위치하게 조절되며;
연장 부재를 구비하고;
부분, 정렬 가이드 및 삽입 도구를 포함하는 정렬 도구를 구비하며, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분은 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되게 구성되는 단부를 포함하고, 상기 정렬 가이드는 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분에 연결되며, 상기 삽입 도구는 상기 정렬 가이드에 체결되고,
상기 정렬 가이드에 대한 상기 삽입 도구의 체결이, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부가 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되고 상기 천장관절 임플란트가 상기 천장관절 내에 위치하는 동안에, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 삽입 도구를 거쳐 진행할 때에 상기 천장관절 및 상기 천장관절 임플란트의 상기 연장 몸체에 대해 특정한 관계로 통과하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 천장관절 임플란트는, 상기 연장 몸체의 길이에 대해 가로지르고 상기 임플란트를 통해 연장되며, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 천장관절에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하게 하도록 치수화되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들을 더 구비하며,
상기 정렬 가이드에 대한 상기 삽입 도구의 체결이, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부가 상기 천장관절 임플란트에 정합되고 상기 천장관절 임플란트가 상기 천장관절 공간 내에 위치하는 동안에, 상기 연장 부재가 상기 천장관절에 대해 가로지르는 관계로 통과하도록 상기 연장 부재가 상기 삽입 도구를 거쳐 진행할 때에 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들 내에 수용되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 도구는 상기 정렬 가이드를 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로들에 정렬시키는 고정되거나 조절 가능하게 고정되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 천장관절 임플란트는 상기 연장 몸체의 상기 제1 단부에 연통되는 축상의 구멍을 더 포함하며, 상기 정렬 도구의 상기 부분의 단부는 상기 축상의 구멍에 고정되게 정합되는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 연장 부재는 상기 연장 부재의 외측 표면에 결합되는 나선형 실을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
