Claims (7)
- 실리카 증착층을 포함하는 배리어 필름과 확산층을 구비하는 양자 도트 보호 필름으로서,
상기 실리카 증착층에 함유되는 산소와 규소의 O/Si 비가 원자비로 1.8 이상 2.0 이하이고,
상기 실리카 증착층의 굴절률이 1.5 이상 1.7 이하이고,
파장 450 ㎚, 파장 540 ㎚ 및 파장 620 ㎚ 의 모든 파장에 있어서, 상기 양자 도트 보호 필름의 반사율이 10 % 이상 20 % 이하이고, 또한 투과율이 80 % 이상 95 % 이하인, 양자 도트 보호 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배리어 필름은, 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 편면 상에, 밀착층, 상기 실리카 증착층 및 복합 피막층이 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 갖고,
상기 복합 피막층은, 수용성 고분자, 금속 알콕사이드, 금속 알콕사이드의 가수분해물 및 실란 커플링제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 포함하는 층인, 양자 도트 보호 필름. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 필름이, 중량 평균 분자량이 6만 이상인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름인, 양자 도트 보호 필름. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 배리어 필름은, 상기 실리카 증착층과 상기 복합 피막층이 교대로 2 층씩 이상 적층된 구조를 갖는, 양자 도트 보호 필름. - 형광체를 포함하는 양자 도트층과, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 양자 도트 보호 필름을 구비하는, 양자 도트 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 확산층, 상기 배리어 필름, 상기 양자 도트층, 상기 배리어 필름 및 상기 확산층이 이 순서로 적층되는, 양자 도트 필름. - LED 광원과, 도광판과, 상기 도광판 상에 설치된 제 5 항에 기재된 양자 도트 필름을 구비하는, 백라이트 유닛.
