Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따른 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름의 단면도이다.
도 2는 무기물 배면층이 형성되지 아니한 비교예 2에 따른 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름의 단면도이다.
도 3은 플라즈마 처리가 되지 아니한 비교예 3에 따른 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름의 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름을 형성하기 위한 플라즈마 처리존을 포함하고 코팅존이 6개인 롤투롤 스퍼터기 듀얼모드 장비에 대한 모식도이다.

Claims (17)
- 열가소성 투명 베이스 수지를 포함하는 고분자 기재;
상기 고분자 기재의 일면 상에 형성되고, 플라즈마 처리에 의해 표면 개질된 플라즈마 표면 처리층;
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리층의 상면에 형성된 무기물 가스 배리어층;
상기 무기물 가스 배리어층의 상면에 형성되고, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 에폭시기를 가지며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 개시제, 실리카 입자들 및 분산매를 포함하는 경화성 코팅액과 금속 알콕시드, 경화촉진제, 무기산 및 용매를 포함하는 졸 용액을 혼합한 경화성 졸 용액의 경화 결과물을 포함하는 유-무기 하이브리드 오버코팅층; 및
상기 고분자 기재의 타면 상에 형성된 무기물 배면층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름의 산소투과율은 0.2cc/m2/day/atm이하이고, 수증기투과율이 0.01g/m2/day 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리층의 표면거칠기(Ra)는 0.3nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리층은 상기 고분자 기재의 일면에 플라즈마 처리하여 얻어지는 것이며,
상기 플라즈마 처리는 플라즈마 처리존에 반응가스를 투입하여 챔버(chamber)내의 진공도를 0.1 내지 500mtorr로 유지하고, 플라즈마 파워는 0.1 내지 5W/cm2로 인가하며, 또한 선속도(line speed)를 0.1 내지 5M/min로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 배면층은 Si, Al, In, Sn, Zn, Ti, Cu, Ce 및 Ta 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 산화물, 질화물, 탄화물, 산화질화물, 산화탄화물, 질화탄화물, 또는 산화질화탄화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 배면층은 1 내지 50 nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 배면층의 표면에너지는 50mJ/m2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 투명 베이스 수지는 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트글리콜, 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌테레프탈레이트글리콜, 및 사이클로올레핀 코폴리머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 가스 배리어층은 Si, Al, In, Sn, Zn, Ti, Cu, Ce 및 Ta 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 산화물, 질화물, 탄화물, 산화질화물, 산화탄화물, 질화탄화물, 또는 산화질화탄화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 가스 배리어층은 20 내지 500 nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 코팅액에 포함되는 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 에폭시기를 가지며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 실리카 입자의 중량비는 1~40 : 1~40 : 1~25인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 졸 용액에 포함되는 금속 알콕시드는 하기 화학식 1 내지 화학식 3으로 표시되는 금속 알콕시드로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름.

상기 화학식 1 내지 3에서, R1은 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알킬기, 비닐기, 알릴기, (메트)아크릴옥시기, 에폭시드기 및 아미노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나이고, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알킬기이고, M1은 Si, Ti, Zr, Ge 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속이고, M2는 Al, In 및 Sb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속이고, x는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고, y는 0, 1 또는 2이며, z는 0, 1, 2, 3 또는 4이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 졸 용액에 포함된 경화촉진제는 아세트산무수물, 아크릴산무수물, 시클릭무수물, 헥사히드로프탈산무수물, 메타크릴산무수물, 프로피온산무수물, 아세트산, 아크릴산, 포름산, 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 메타크릴산, 프로피온산 및 메틸렌숙신산으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유-무기 하이브리드 오버코트층은 0.1 내지 10 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름. - 열가소성 투명 베이스 수지를 포함하는 고분자 기재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 고분자 기재의 일면에 플라즈마 처리하여 표면 개질된 플라즈마 표면 처리층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리층의 상면에 무기물 가스 배리어층을 형성하는 단계;
(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 에폭시기를 가지며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 개시제를 분산매에 용해시키고 실리카 입자들이 분산된 경화성 코팅액과 금속 알콕시드, 경화촉진제, 무기산 및 물을 용매에 용해시킨 졸 용액을 혼합하여 준비된 경화성 졸 용액을 상기 무기물 가스 배리어층의 상면에 도포하고, 상기 도포된 경화성 졸 용액을 경화시켜 유-무기 하이브리드 오버코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 가스 배리어층의 반대면에 무기 배면층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름의 제조방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리층을 형성하는 단계는 플라즈마 처리존에 반응가스를 투입하여 챔버(chamber)내의 진공도를 0.1 내지 500mtorr로 유지하고, 플라즈마 파워는 0.1 내지 5W/cm2로 인가하며, 또한 선속도(line speed)를 0.1 내지 5M/min로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 디스플레이용 광학 투명 복합 필름을 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 제품.
