차음층은, 아세탈기의 탄소수가 3 또는 4 인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대해 가소제를 71 중량부 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 3 또는 4 인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대한 가소제의 함유량이 160 중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 3 또는 4 인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는, 평균 중합도가 2600 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 3 또는 4 인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는, 수산기량이 21.5 ㏖% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 3 또는 4 인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는, 아세틸기 양이 15 ㏖% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 주파수 1 Hz 에서의 tanδ 의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 T1 이 -30 ℃∼0 ℃ 의 범위 내인 차음층을 갖고,
차음층은, 아세탈기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대해 가소제를 50 중량부 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대한 가소제의 함유량이 80 중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는, 평균 중합도가 2600 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는, 수산기량이 39 ㏖%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
아세탈기의 탄소수가 5 이상인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지는, 아세틸기량이 5 ㏖% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 주파수 1 Hz 에서의 tanδ 의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 T1 이 -30 ℃∼0 ℃ 의 범위 내인 차음층을 갖고,
차음층이 2 장의 보호층 사이에 협지되어 있고, 상기 보호층의 주파수 1 Hz 에서의 tanδ 의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 T2 가 T1 보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
보호층의 주파수 1 Hz 에서의 tanδ 의 최대값을 나타내는 온도 T2 가 0 ℃∼40 ℃ 의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
보호층은, 아세탈기의 탄소수가 3 또는 4, 아세탈화도가 60∼75 ㏖%, 아세틸기량이 10 ㏖% 이하인 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대해, 가소제를 25∼50 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 2 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 합판 유리용 중간막이, 2 장의 투명판 사이에 협지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
