Abstract
본 발명은 화학식 1의 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물 Y1과 화학식 2의 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물 Y2로 되는 혼합물 Y; Y와 디이소시아네이트의 반응에 의해 얻어지는 다량체; Y와 디글리시딜에테르의 반응에 의해 얻어지는 다량체; 및 Y와 에피할로히드린의 반응에 의해 얻어지는 다량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 필수성분으로 해서 되는 계면활성제이다.
Q는 비환원성의 이당류 또는 삼당류의 반응잔기, OA는 탄소수 2~3의 옥시알킬렌, OB는 옥시부틸렌, Y1에 포함하는 OA의 총 몰수는 Y1의 1 몰당 15~100 몰, Y2에 포함되는 OA의 총 몰수는 Y2의 1 몰당 15~50 몰, OB의 총 몰수는 Y2의 1 몰당 2~6 몰이다.

Claims (7)
- 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y1)과 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2)로 되는 혼합물(Y)과, 탄소수 6~15의 디이소시아네이트의 반응에 의해 얻어지는 다량체(PY1);
혼합물(Y)과 탄소수 10~100의 디글리시딜에테르의 반응에 의해 얻어지는 다량체(PY2); 및
혼합물(Y)과 에피할로히드린의 반응에 의해 얻어지는 다량체(PY3)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 필수성분으로 해서 되고,
폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y1) 및 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2)의 중량을 토대로, (Y1)의 함유량이 40~90 중량%, (Y2)의 함유량이 10~60 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제.
(단, Q는 비환원성의 이당류 또는 삼당류의 t개의 1급 수산기로부터 수소원자를 제거한 반응잔기, OA는 탄소수 2~3의 옥시알킬렌기, OB는 옥시부틸렌기, H는 수소원자, n은 1~35의 정수, m은 0 또는 1~3의 정수, t는 2~4의 정수를 나타내고, 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y1)에 포함되는 옥시알킬렌기(OA)의 총 몰수는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y1) 1 몰당 15~100 몰이며, 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2)에 포함되는 옥시알킬렌기(OA)의 총 몰수는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2) 1 몰당 15~50 몰이고, 마찬가지로 옥시부틸렌기(OB)의 총 몰수는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2) 1 몰당 2~6 몰이고, n, m, t는 동일해도 되고 상이해도 된다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
비환원성의 이당류 또는 삼당류의 반응잔기(Q)가 자당의 반응잔기인 계면활성제. - 비환원성의 이당류 또는 삼당류(a1) 1몰부와, 탄소수 2~3의 알킬렌옥시드(a2) 15~100몰부를 반응시켜서 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y1)을 얻는 공정(1);
비환원성의 이당류 또는 삼당류(a1) 1몰부와, 탄소수 2~3의 알킬렌옥시드(a2) 15~50몰부를 반응시켜서 부가체를 얻은 후, 이 부가체에 부틸렌옥시드(a3) 2~6몰부를 반응시켜서 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2)을 얻는 공정(2); 및
폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y1)과, 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물(Y2)을 균일 혼합하여 혼합물(Y)을 얻는 공정(3)
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
다량체(PY1), 다량체(PY2) 및 다량체(PY3)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 필수성분으로 해서 되고,
탄소수 6~15의 디이소시아네이트, 탄소수 10~100의 디글리시딜에테르 또는 에피할로히드린의 사용량이 혼합물(Y) 1 몰당 0.5~0.8 몰인 계면활성제. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 계면활성제를 함유해서 되는 수성 코팅액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 계면활성제를 함유해서 되는 양이온 전착도료.
