Claims (10)
- 액화천연가스가 흐르는 가스배관(100);
상기 액화천연가스의 기화용 열원을 제공하는 열교환매체가 흐르는 열공급배관(200); 및
상기 액화천연가스와 상기 열교환매체의 열이 교환되고, 상기 열교환된 액화천연가스가 기화되는 열교환기(300);를 포함하되,
상기 열교환기(300)는 복수의 유로(311)를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 유로(311)는,
상기 가스배관(100)과 연결되어 상기 액화천연가스가 흐르는 제 1 유로(311a);
상기 열공급배관(200)과 연결되어 상기 열교환매체가 흐르는 제 2 유로(311b); 및
상기 제 2 유로(311b)의 동결현상으로 인해 상기 열교환매체의 흐르는 양이 소정 기준 이하로 적어지는 경우, 상기 제 2 유로(311b)의 적어도 일부에 열을 전달하여 상기 동결현상을 해소시키는 제 3 유로(311c);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기(300)는 2개 이상 구비되어 있고, 상기 열교환기(300)의 외부에는 열손실을 막아주는 단열박스(600)가 감싸여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기(300)는 상기 열교환매체와 상기 액화천연가스가 서로 열을 교환하는 열교환부(310)를 더 포함하며,
상기 열교환부(310)에는 복수개의 열교환판(320)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 열교환판(320)의 단면 또는 양면에 상기 유로(311)를 제공하는 유로홈(321)이 복수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 유로홈(321)은 에칭법, 펀칭법 및 기계가공법 중 적어도 어느 하나의 방법으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유로(311b) 및 상기 제 3 유로(311c)는 복수이고,
상기 복수의 제 2 유로(311b)는 상기 제 1 유로(311a)와 가장 인접하게 배치되고,

상기 가스배관(100)은,
상기 액화천연가스가 흐르는 제 1 가스배관(110); 및
상기 열교환기(300)를 통해 기화된 액화천연가스가 흐르는 제 2 가스배관(120)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 가스배관(100)은,
상기 액화천연가스가 유입되는 가스유입구(130); 및
상기 액화천연가스가 상기 열교환기(300)를 통해 기화하여 유출되는 가스유출구(140);를 포함하고,
상기 열공급배관(200)은,
상기 고온의 열교환매체가 유입되는 매체유입구(210); 및
상기 고온의 열교환매체가 상기 열교환기(300)를 통해 상기 저온의 열교환매체로 유출되는 매체유출구(220);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스 추진선박용 액화천연가스 기화 시스템.
