Description
Claims (4)
- 열 유동부, 연료 유동부, 및 상기 열 유동부와 연료 유동부를 분리하는 격벽을 구비하며, 연료탱크로부터 액상의 연료를 공급받는 기화기;차량의 엔진에 연결되며, 상기 엔진의 가동시에 발생하는 배기가스를 배출하는 배기관로 상에 배치되는 열교환기;상기 기화기와 상기 열교환기를 연결하도록 배치되어 상기 배기가스에 내재된 고온의 열원을 상기 기화기 내부를 통해 유동하는 상기 연료 측으로 제공하는 히트파이프;상기 열교환기 및 연료탱크에 전기적으로 연결되는 제어부; 및상기 엔진의 열을 저하시키기 위하여 냉각수를 순환하게 하는 냉각장치;를 포함하고,상기 엔진을 거친 가열된 냉각수를 토출하는 냉각수 배출관로와, 상기 냉각수 배출관로로부터 상기 가열된 냉각수를 상기 기화기로 공급하는 우회공급관로, 및 상기 냉각수 배출관로 상에 배치되어 상기 우회공급관로에의 상기 가열된 냉각수의 공급을 조절하는 방향전환밸브가 배치되고, 상기 제어부는 상기 방향전환밸브와 상기 열교환기에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 열원을 이용한 차량 기화기의 히팅 시스템.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 히트파이프는 상기 열교환기 측에 위치하는 흡열부와, 상기 기화기 측에 위치하는 방열부, 및 상기 흡열부와 방열부를 연결하는 중공의 파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 열원을 이용한 차량 기화기의 히팅 시스템.
