Claims (14)
- 주 결정상으로서 β-석영 또는 β-소포듀민의 고용체, 또는 β-석영 및 β-소포듀민의 고용체를 포함하는 유리-세라믹의 제조방법으로서, 이러한 유리-세라믹의 전구체인 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리를 도재화가 가능한 조건 하에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 유리는 청징제로서 불소, 및 산화비소 및 산화안티몬과는 다른 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물을 함께 포함하는 유리-세라믹의 제조방법.
- 주 결정상으로서 β-석영 또는 β-소포듀민의 고용체, 또는 β-석영 및 β-소포듀민의 고용체를 포함하는 유리-세라믹으로 제조되는 물품의 제조방법으로서,- 적어도 하나의 청징제를 함유하는, 이러한 유리의 전구체인 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리 또는 필러를 용융시키고, 얻어진 용융된 유리를 청징하는 단계;- 얻어진 용융되고 청징된 유리를 냉각하고, 동시에, 필요한 물품의 원하는 형상으로 성형하는 단계; 및- 상기 성형된 유리를 도재화하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 유리 또는 상기 필러는 청징제로서 불소, 및 산화비소 및 산화안티몬과는 다른 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물을 함께 포함하는 물품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 또는 상기 필러는 비소나 안티몬을 포함하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물은 SnO2, V2O5, CeO2, MnO2 및 Fe2O3로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소는 0.1 내지 2 wt%의 양으로 첨가되며;상기 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물은 0.2 내지 2 wt%의 양으로 첨가되고; SnO2는 0.7 wt%보다 많이 포함되지 않는 방법.
- 주 결정상으로서 β-석영 또는 β-소포듀민의 고용체, 또는 β-석영 및 β-소포듀민의 고용체를 포함하는 유리-세라믹으로서, 그 조성은, 산화물의 중량 퍼센트로 나타내어지며,SiO2 60-72Al2O3 18-23LiO2 2.5-4MgO 0.5-2ZnO 1-3TiO2 1.5-3.5ZrO2 0-2.5BaO 0-2SrO 0-2CaO 0-2Na2O 0-1.5K2O 0-1.5P2O5 0-5B2O3 0-3F 0.05-1; 및 적어도 0.15%의 비율로 존재하고 산화물 또는 산화물들의 총합이 0.2 내지 2%를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물; 포함되는 경우 최대 0.7%의 비율로만 존재하는 SnO2로 필수적으로 구성되는 유리-세라믹.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성은SiO2 65-70Al2O3 18-19.8LiO2 2.5-3.8MgO 0.55-1.5ZnO 1.2-2.8TiO2 1.8-3.2BaO 0-1.4SrO 0-1.4또한 BaO+SrO 0.4-1.4또한 MgO+BaO+SrO 1.1-2.3ZrO2 1.0-2.5Na2O 0-<1.0K2O 0-<1.0또한 Na2O+K2O 0-<1.0또한 2.8Li2O+1.2ZnO/5.2MgO >1.8F 0.05-1; 및 적어도 0.15%의 비율로 존재하고 산화물 또는 산화물들의 총합이 0.2 내지 2%를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물; 포함되는 경우 최대 0.7%의 비율로만 존재하는 SnO2로 필수적으로 구성되는 유리-세라믹.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성은SiO2 65-70Al2O3 18-20.5LiO2 2.5-3.8MgO 0.55-1.5ZnO 1.2-2.8BaO 0-1.4SrO 0-1.4또한 BaO+SrO 0.4-1.4또한 MgO+BaO+SrO 1.1-2.3Na2O 0-<1K2O 0-<1또한 Na2O+K2O 0-<1또한 (2.8 Li2O+1.2 ZnO)/5.2 MgO >1.8TiO2 1.8-3.5ZrO2 0.8-1.6또한 TiO2/ZrO2 >2.2F 0.05-1; 및 적어도 0.15%의 비율로 존재하고 산화물 또는 산화물들의 총합이 0.2 내지 2%를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 다가 원소 산화물; 포함되는 경우 최대 0.7%의 비율로만 존재하는 SnO2로 필수적으로 구성되는 유리-세라믹.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성은SnO2 0-0.7CeO2 0-2MnO2 0-2Fe2O3 0-2V2O5 0-1을 포함하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹으로 제조된 물품;여기서, 상기 물품은 쿡탑, 요리용구, 전자레인지 플레이트, 난로창, 방화문, 내화창, 열분해-오븐창, 및 촉매-오븐창으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹의 전구체인 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리.
- 제9항에 따른 유리-세라믹으로 제조된 물품;여기서, 상기 물품은 쿡탑, 요리용구, 전자레인지 플레이트, 난로창, 방화문, 내화창, 열분해-오븐창, 및 촉매-오븐창으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
