Claims (13)
- 유리-세라믹으로서, 주 결정상으로서 β-석영 고용체를 포함하고 β-스포듀민 고용체를 포함하지 않으며, 상기 유리-세라믹의 조성물은, 산화물의 중량%로 표시되고, 산화안티몬 및 산화비소 각각의 양이 250 ppm 미만이며, CeO2, MnO2, F, 및 Br이 없고, 전체 중량의 적어도 98중량%에 대하여 하기를 포함하는 유리-세라믹:
