Claims (16)
- 주 결정상으로서 β-석영 또는 β-소포듀민의 고용체, 또는 β-석영 및 β-소포듀민의 고용체를 포함하는 유리-세라믹으로서, 그 조성에 상기 유리-세라믹의 총 중량에 대해 0.7 wt% 이하의 산화주석(SnO2), 및 브롬(Br)을 함께 포함하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성은 비소나 안티몬을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성은 산화물 및 브롬의 중량 퍼센트로 나타내어지며, 0.1~0.7%의 SnO2 및 0.01~1%의 Br을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성은, 산화물 및 브롬의 중량 퍼센트로 나타내어지며,SiO2 50-75Al2O3 17-27LiO2 2-6MgO 0-5ZnO 0-5TiO2 0-5ZrO2 0-5BaO 0-3SrO 0-3CaO 0-3Na2O 0-3K2O 0-3P2O5 0-8B2O3 0-3SnO2 0.1-0.7Br 0.01-1로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성은, 산화물 및 브롬의 중량 퍼센트로 나타내어지며,SiO2 65-70Al2O3 18-22LiO2 2.5-4MgO 0.5-2ZnO 1-3TiO2 1.5-3.5ZrO2 0-2.5BaO 0-2SrO 0-2CaO 0-2Na2O 0-1K2O 0-1.5P2O5 0-3SnO2 0.1-0.5Br 0.01-0.1로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성은, 산화물 및 브롬의 중량 퍼센트로 나타내어지며,SiO2 65-70Al2O3 18-19.8LiO2 2.5-3.8MgO 0.55-1.5ZnO 1.2-2.8TiO2 1.8-3.2BaO 0-1.4SrO 0-1.4또한 BaO+SrO 0.4-1.4또한 MgO+BaO+SrO 1.1-2.3ZrO2 1.0-2.5Na2O 0-<1.0K2O 0-<1.0또한 Na2O+K2O 0-<1.0또한 2.8Li2O+1.2ZnO/5.2MgO >1.8SnO2 0.1-0.7Br 0.01-1로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성은, 산화물 및 브롬의 중량 퍼센트로 나타내어지며,SiO2 65-70Al2O3 18-20.5LiO2 2.5-3.8MgO 0.55-1.5ZnO 1.2-2.8BaO 0-1.4SrO 0-1.4또한 BaO+SrO 0.4-1.4또한 MgO+BaO+SrO 1.1-2.3Na2O 0-<1K2O 0-<1또한 Na2O+K2O 0-<1또한 (2.8 Li2O + 1.2 ZnO)/5.2 MgO >1.8TiO2 1.8-3.5ZrO2 0.8-1.6또한 TiO2/ZrO2 >2.2SnO2 0.1-0.7Br 0.01-1로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성은 CoO, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, MnO2, NiO, V2O5 및 CeO2로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹으로 제조된 물품;여기서, 상기 물품은 쿡탑, 요리용구, 전자레인지 플레이트, 난로창, 방화문, 내화창, 열분해-오븐창, 및 촉매-오븐창으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹의 전구체인 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리로서, 그 조성이 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹의 조성에 해당하는 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리.
- 제3항에 따른 유리-세라믹으로 제조된 물품;여기서, 상기 물품은 쿡탑, 요리용구, 전자레인지 플레이트, 난로창, 방화문, 내화창, 열분해-오븐창, 및 촉매-오븐창으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 제3항에 따른 유리-세라믹의 전구체인 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리로서, 그 조성이 제3항에 따른 유리-세라믹의 조성에 해당하는 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리.
