Claims (11)
- 주 결정상으로 β-석영 고용체를 함유하는 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 타입의 투명한 비-확산 유리-세라믹으로, 여기서 이의 조성물은, 불가피한 미량을 제외하고는 산화 비소, 산화 안티몬 및 희토류 산화물이 없고, 산화물의 중량 퍼센트로 표시되는 하기 성분을 함유하며:
62-72%의 SiO2,
20-23%의 Al2O3,
2.8-5%의 Li2O,
0.1-0.6%의 SnO2,
1.9-4%의 TiO2,
1.6-3%의 ZrO2,
0.4% 미만의 MgO,
2.5-6%의 ZnO 및/또는 BaO 및/또는 SrO,
250 ppm 미만의 Fe2O3; 및 상기 β-석영 고용체에 존재하는 결정자는 35 nm 미만의 평균 크기를 갖는 투명한 비-확산 유리-세라믹. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 0.1% 미만의 MgO를 함유하는 유리-세라믹. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 3.5 내지 5%의 ZnO, BaO 및 SrO 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 유리-세라믹. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 0.4 내지 3%의 ZnO 및 0 내지 5%의 BaO를 함유하는 유리-세라믹. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 2.5 내지 5%의 BaO를 함유하는 유리-세라믹. - 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 산화물의 중량 퍼센트로 표시되는 하기 성분을 이의 중량의 적어도 97%을 함유하는 유리-세라믹:

- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹의 리튬 알루미노실리케이트 유리, 전구체.
- 제1 핵형성 단계 및 제2 결정 성장 단계에 의해 용융, 청징 및 세라믹화를 보장하는 조건하에서, 청징제로서 SnO2를 함유하는, 유리화가 가능한 원료 물질의 배치 혼합물의 열 처리를 포함하는 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리-세라믹을 정교화시키는 방법으로, 여기서 상기 배치 혼합물은 유리-세라믹이 얻어질 수 있는 조성을 가지며, 상기 세라믹화는:
- 상기 핵형성 단계를 위해 650 및 850℃ 사이의 온도 간격에서, 15 분 내지 4 시간 동안 적용되고, 및
