【解決手段】ガラス組成として、質量%表示で、SnO2を0.01〜0.9%含有し、As2O3及びSb2O3の含有量が各々1000ppm以下であるLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスであって、ガラス組成中のV2O5含有量が0.08〜15ppmであることを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- ガラス組成として、質量%表示でSnO2を0.01〜0.9%含有し、As2O3及びSb2O3の含有量が各々1000ppm以下であるLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスであって、ガラス組成中のV2O5含有量が0.08〜15ppmであることを特徴とするLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%表示で、SiO2 55〜75%、Al2O3 10〜35%、Li2O 1〜10%、MgO 0.2〜5%、ZnO 0〜5%、BaO 0〜10%、TiO2 0〜4%、ZrO2 0〜5%、P2O5 0〜4%、SnO2 0.01〜0.9%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%表示でAl2O3 17〜27%、MgO 0.2〜4%含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%基準で、Li2O+0.741MgO+0.367ZnOが3.7〜5.0であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- ガラス組成中のFe2O5含有量が250ppm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 525nmの透過率が厚み1.1mmにおいて、89%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- CIE規格のL*a*b*表色系が厚み3mmでb*値が0〜4.5であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 主結晶としてβ−石英固溶体が析出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量%表示でSnO2を0.01〜0.9%含有し、As2O3及びSb2O3の含有量が1000ppm以下のガラスとなるように原料バッチを調製し、溶融、成形してLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶性ガラスを作製した後、熱処理して結晶化させるLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法であって、ガラスのV2O5含有量が0.08〜15ppmとなるように原料の選択及び工程の管理を行うことを特徴とするLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- ガラス組成として、質量%表示で、SiO2 55〜75%、Al2O3 10〜35%、Li2O 1〜10%、MgO 0.2〜5%、ZnO 0〜5%、BaO 0〜10%、TiO2 0〜4%、ZrO2 0〜5%、P2O5 0〜4%、SnO2 0.01〜0.9%を含有するガラスとなるようにバッチを調製することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- Al2O3原料として、V2O5含有量が50ppm以下の原料を使用することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- MgO原料として、V2O5含有量が400ppm以下の原料を使用することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- ガラス組成として、質量%表示で、Al2O3 17〜27%、MgO 0.2〜4%含有することを特徴とする請求項9〜12の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- 1750℃未満の温度で溶融することを特徴とする請求項9〜13の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
- 熱処理によってβ−石英固溶体を主結晶として析出させることを特徴とする請求項9〜14の何れかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
