Claims (15)
- 유리 조성으로서, 질량% 표시로 SnO2를 0.01∼0.9% 함유하고, As2O3 및 Sb2O3의 함유량이 각각 1000ppm 이하인 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리로서, 유리 조성 중의 V2O5 함유량이 0.08∼15ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서, 질량% 표시로, SiO2 55∼75%, Al2O3 10∼35%, Li2O 1∼10%, MgO 0.2∼5%, ZnO 0∼5%, BaO 0∼10%, TiO2 0∼4%, ZrO2 0∼5%, P2O5 0∼4%, SnO2 0.01∼0.9%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서, 질량% 표시로 Al2O3 17∼27%, MgO 0.2∼4%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서, 질량% 기준으로, Li2O+0.741 MgO+0.367 ZnO가 3.7∼5.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리 조성 중의 Fe2O5 함유량이 250ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
파장이 525nm인 광의 투과율이, 두께 1.1mm에 있어서, 89% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
CIE 규격의 L*a*b* 표색계가 두께 3mm일 때 b*값이 0∼4.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
주결정으로서 β-석영 고용체가 석출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리. - 질량% 표시로 SnO2를 0.01∼0.9% 함유하며, As2O3 및 Sb2O3의 함유량이 1000ppm 이하인 유리가 되도록 원료 배치를 제조하고, 용융, 성형하여 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정성 유리를 제작한 후, 열처리하여 결정화시키는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법으로서, 유리의 V2O5 함유량이 0.08∼15ppm이 되도록 원료의 선택 및 공정 관리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서, 질량% 표시로, SiO2 55∼75%, Al2O3 10∼35%, Li2O 1∼10%, MgO 0.2∼5%, ZnO 0∼5%, BaO 0∼10%, TiO2 0∼4%, ZrO2 0∼5%, P2O5 0∼4%, SnO2 0.01∼0.9%를 함유하는 유리가 되도록 배치를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 10항에 있어서,
Al2O3 원료로서, V2O5 함유량이 50ppm 이하인 원료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 10항에 있어서,
MgO 원료로서, V2O5 함유량이 400ppm 이하인 원료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서, 질량% 표시로, Al2O3 17∼27%, MgO 0.2∼4%를 함유하는 유리가 되도록 배치를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 9항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
1750℃ 미만의 온도로 용융하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 9항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열처리에 의해 β-석영 고용체를 주결정으로서 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2계 결정화 유리의 제조 방법.
