Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 광투과성 기재와, 이 광투과성 기재 위에 방현층을 구비하여 이루어지는 광학 적층체로서,상기 방현층의 최표면이 요철 형상을 구비하여 이루어지고,상기 방현층이 수지와 미립자를 함유하여 이루어지는 방현층용 조성물에 의해 형성되어 이루어지며, 상기 수지와 상기 미립자와의 굴절율과의 차 n이 0 이상 0.05 이하이고,상기 방현층의 요철의 평균 간격을 Sm으로 하며, 요철부의 평균 경사각을 θa로 하고, 요철의 평균 거칠기를 Rz로 하고, 기준 길이를 2.5 ㎜로 해서 Sm, θa 및 Rz를 측정한 경우에,Sm이 100 ㎛ 이상 600 ㎛ 이하이며,θa가 0.1도 이상 1.2도 이하이고,Rz가 0.2 ㎛ 초과 1 ㎛ 이하인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 무기 미립자 또는 유기 미립자인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 응집형 미립자인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 평균 입자 직경 R이 1.0 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 평균 입자 직경을 R로 한 경우, 상기 방현층의 층 두께(H ㎛)에서 상기 미립자의 평균 입자 직경(R ㎛)을 뺀 값「H-R」이 0.3 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 총수의 80%에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 평균 입자 직경 분포가 상기 미립자의 평균 입자 직경(R)에 있어서, R±1.0 ㎛의 범위 내에 있는 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 단위면적당 총중량 m, 상기 수지의 단위면적당 총중량 M으로 한 경우에, 상기 미립자와 상기 수지와의 단위면적당 총중량비(m/M)가 0.01 이상 1.2 이하인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 전리방사선 경화형 수지와, 열경화성 수지를 함유하여 이루어지는 것인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방현층이 도전제를 더 함유하여 이루어지는 광학 적층체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도전제가 도전성 미립자 또는 도전성 폴리머인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방현층의 표면에 상기 방현층의 굴절율보다도 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 저굴절율층을 더 구비하여 이루어지는 광학 적층체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 저굴절율층이 중공 형상 실리카를 함유하여 이루어지는 것인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 헤이즈값이 0.1 이상 55 이하인 광학 적층체.
- 제1항에 기재한 광학 적층체와, 상기 광학 적층체에서의 상기 방현층이 존재하는 면과는 반대쪽의 면에 설치된 편광 소자를 구비하는 편광판.
- 투과성 표시체와, 상기 투과성 표시체를 배면에서 조사하는 광원 장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 화상 표시 장치로서,상기 투과성 표시체의 표면에 제1항에 기재한 광학 적층체 또는 제14항에 기재한 편광판을 구비하여 이루어지는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, Sm이 100 ㎛ 이상 400 ㎛ 이하이며, θa가 0.1도 이상 0.6도 이하이고, Rz가 0.2 ㎛ 초과 0.9 ㎛ 이하인 광학 적층체.
