상기 제어 회로는 상기 지지체에 고정되고, 상기 제 1 전극은 상기 제 1 입력에서 상기 제어 회로에 전기적으로 결합되며, 상기 제 2 전극은 상기 제 2 입력에서 상기 제어 회로에 전기적으로 결합되고,
상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극이 전도성 유체(conducting fluid)와 접촉시, 전압 전위(voltage potential)를 발생할 수 있도록, 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극은 서로 다른 물질로 만들어지고,
상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이의 상기 전압 전위는 상기 제어 회로에 전력을 공급하여 상기 제어 회로가 활성화되고,

제 1 및 제 2 입력을 갖는 회로 성분을 수용하기 위해 상기 제 1 복용 가능한 라미네이트 내에 애퍼처(aperture)를 형성하는 단계;
상기 회로 성분을 상기 애퍼처에 전기적으로 전도성인 접착제로 고정하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극이 상기 전도성 유체와 접촉하면 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극의 사이에는 전압 전위(voltage potential)가 형성되며,
상기 회로 성분의 상기 제 1 입력이 상기 전기적으로 전도성인 접착제에 의해 상기 제 1 전극에 전기적으로 결합되고, 상기 회로 성분의 상기 제 2 입력이 상기 전기적으로 전도성인 접착제에 의해 상기 제 2 전극에 전기적으로 결합되고,
상기 회로 성분은 컨덕턴스를 조절하여 고유하게 식별 가능한 전류 시그내처(current signature)를 생성하되, 상기 전류 시그내처는 상기 복용 가능한 장치를 고유하게 식별케하는, 복용 가능한 장치의 제조 방법. - 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 복용 가능한 라미네이트를 제공하는 단계는 내부 도전성층을 포함하는 제 1 라미네이트를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 복용 가능한 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 복용 가능한 라미네이트를 제공하는 단계는 내부 가상 다이폴 요소(internal virtual dipole element)를 포함하는 제 1 라미네이트를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 복용 가능한 장치의 제조 방법.
- 복용 가능한(ingestible) 장치에 있어서,
복수의 전기적으로 분리된 부분을 포함하는 전도성 층을 포함하는 지지체;
상기 지지체 상에 적층되고, 상기 전도성 층의 상기 복수의 전기적으로 분리된 부분 중 하나에 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 전극;
복수의 입력을 포함하는 제어 회로; 및
상기 제어 회로를 덮기 위한 보호 물질의 층;을 포함하며,
상기 제어 회로는 상기 지지체에 형성되는 애퍼처(aperture) 내에 위치하고, 각각의 입력이 상기 복수의 전기적으로 분리된 부분 중 하나에 전기적으로 결합되어 상기 제어 회로가 상기 복수의 전기적으로 분리된 부분 각각을 통하는 전류 흐름을 독립적으로 제어하며, 상기 제어 회로는 컨덕턴스를 조절하여 고유하게 식별 가능한 전류 시그내처(current signature)를 생성하되, 상기 전류 시그내처는 상기 복용 가능한 장치를 고유하게 식별케하고 또한 상기 복용 가능한 장치가 전도성 유체에 접촉하여 있음을 나타내며,
상기 보호 물질은 상기 복수의 전극이 상기 전도성 유체와 접촉시 상기 제어 회로가 활성화될 때 상기 제어 회로를 보호하는, 복용 가능한 장치. - 전도성 유체의 존재를 표시하기 위한 식별기(identifier)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질 사이에 비전도성 요소를 라미네이트하여 지지체를 생성하는 단계;
상기 비전도성 요소가 노출되어 스커트(skirt)를 생성하도록, 상기 지지체의 주변으로부터 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질의 일부분을 제거하는 단계; 및
상기 지지체에 형성되는 애퍼처(aperture) 내에 회로를 고정시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 전도성 유체와 접촉시 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질은 전압 전위(voltage potential)를 제공하고,
전도성 접착제를 사용하여 상기 회로는 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질 각각에 전기적으로 결합되며,
상기 회로는 컨덕턴스를 조절하여 고유하게 식별 가능한 전류 시그내처(current signature)를 생성하되, 상기 전류 시그내처는 상기 식별기에 관한 고유 정보가 되는, 식별기 제조 방법. - 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질이 상기 전도성 유체와 접촉시 산화 및 환원 반응을 통해 볼타 전지를 생성하도록, 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질을 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 식별기 제조 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 전기 시그내처를 생성하도록 상기 회로를 구현하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 식별기 제조 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질이 생리학적 유체와 접촉시 산화 및 환원 반응을 통해 볼타 전지를 생성하도록, 상기 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 물질을 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 식별기 제조 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 회로의 활성화가 태그 제품의 의약품이 생리학적 유체와 접촉한다는 표시가 되도록, 상기 태그 제품을 제조하기 위해 상기 식별기를 상기 의약품에 고정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 식별기 제조 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 태그 제품을 코팅으로 밀봉하는 단계를 더 포함하여, 상기 코팅이 상기 생리학적 유체에 의해 용해될 때까지 미리 한정된 시간 동안 상기 태그 제품은 상기 생리학적 유체로부터 격리되고, 상기 태그 제품이 상기 생리학적 유체에 노출되는 때에 상기 태그 제품은 타깃 위치(target site)에 도달하게 되는, 식별기 제조 방법.
