Claims (17)
- 가변적인 광학 또는 에너지 특성을 갖는 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스로서,"하부" 전극이라 불리는 전극(2)과 "상부" 전극이라 불리는 전극(4) 사이에 위치한 전기활성층 또는 전기활성층 스택(stack)(3)을 구비한 하나의 운반체 기판 (carrier substrate)(1)을 포함하는 상기 디바이스에 있어서,상기 "상부" 전극(4)은, 평균 크기가 5 내지 100nm인 미소결정 (crystallite) 형태로 부분적으로 결정화되고, 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 도핑된 주석 산화물 또는 도핑된 아연 산화물을 포함하는 하나의 전기 전도층(5)과, PU(폴리우레탄) 판(7)의 표면에 형성된 전기 전도층 또는 전도성 밴드 또는 전선(6)을 포함하고,상기 상부 전극(4)의 인듐 산화물을 포함하는 상기 전기 전도층(5)은 인듐 산화물에 대해 5 내지 15 중량%의 주석 산화물을 포함하고,상기 상부 전극(4)의 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 도핑된 주석 산화물 또는 도핑된 아연 산화물을 포함하는 상기 전기 전도층(5)은 부분적으로 결정화될 수 있도록 1.2Pa 미만의 조건하에서 스퍼터링에 의해 증착되고,상기 PU 판(7)은 상기 기판(1)을 다른 기판(8)에 대해 적층하기 위해 사용되며,상기 디바이스는 전기변색 시스템에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 전극의 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 주석 산화물 또는 아연 산화물을 포함하는 상기 전기 전도층(5)이 결정화된 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 전극의 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 주석 산화물 또는 아연 산화물을 포함하는 상기 전기 전도층(5)의 전기 고유 저항은 10-4 내지 10-2 ohm.cm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 인듐 산화물(4)을 포함하는 상기 전기 전도층(5)의 두께는 40 내지 400nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도층(5)은 알루미늄 도핑된 아연 산화물을 포함하고, 아연 산화물에 대해 0.5 내지 5 중량%의 알루미늄 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 하부 전극(2)은, 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 도핑된 주석 산화물 또는 도핑된 아연 산화물을 포함하고, 상기 상부 전극(4)의 형성부와 같이 부분적으로 결정화된 전기 전도층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,건물용 창유리, 항공기, 기차, 자동차 또는 선박 유형의 운송 수단의 내부 칸막이, 창문 또는 지붕을 설치하는 창유리, 컴퓨터 또는 텔레비전 스크린, 또는 프로젝션 스크린, 터치 스크린 (touch-sensitive screen)과 같은 디스플레이 스크린과, 안경이나 사진 장비의 렌즈를 제조하거나, 태양광선 패널 보호 수단, 또는 발광 표면을 제조하기 위한, 전기화학적/전기적으로 제어 가능한 디바이스.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 디바이스를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 상부 전극(4)의 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 도핑된 주석 산화물 또는 도핑된 아연 산화물을 포함하는 상기 전기 전도층(5)은, 자기적으로 개선된 스퍼터링에 의해 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 도핑 산화물을 포함하는 전기 전도층(5)을 증착하는 동안 증착실의 압력은 1 Pa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 도핑 산화물을 포함하는 전기 전도층(5)은, 증착 중 이온의 도움 (ion assistance) 또는 평형에서 벗어난 자석 (off-equilibrium magnet) 또는 가열을 통해 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 전기활성층 또는 전기활성층 스택 (3) 및 도핑된 인듐 산화물 또는 도핑된 주석 산화물 또는 도핑된 아연 산화물을 포함하는 층(들)(2,5)은 스퍼터링을 통해 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스 제조 방법.
