Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 투명 기판과;상기 투명 기판의 제 1면 상에 형성되며, 제 1방향을 따라 연결되도록 형성된 다수의 제 1감지패턴들과;상기 다수의 제 1감지패턴들의 상부에 형성되며, 제 2방향을 따라 연결되되 상기 제 1감지패턴들과 중첩되지 않도록 제 1 감지패턴들과 교호적으로 배치된 다수의 제 2감지패턴들과;상기 제 1감지 패턴들과 제 2감지 패턴들 사이에 형성되어 상기 제 1, 2감지패턴들 사이의 유전체층으로 동작하며, 상기 투명 기판의 제 2면에 부착되는 액정표시패널에 구비된 액정층의 복굴절 위상차를 보상하는 위상차 보상층과;상기 투명 기판의 제 2면과 액정표시패널 사이에 형성되는 투명 접지전극 및 상기 투명 접지전극을 커버하는 절연막이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 위상차 보상층은 상기 액정표시패널에 구비된 액정층과 동일한 복굴절 특성을 갖는 물질로 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액정표시패널에 구비된 액정층 및 상기 위상차 보상층은 동일한 모드의 액정 분자로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2감지패턴들 상에 절연층이 더 형성되고,상기 절연막 상에 편광판 및 윈도우가 순차적으로 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 윈도우는 폴리머 재질의 아이콘 시트로 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 감지패턴들 각각은, X 좌표가 동일한 하나의 열 또는 Y 좌표가 동일한 하나의 행 단위로 서로 연결되도록 형성되며,상기 제1 및 제2 감지패턴들이 형성되는 영역의 가장자리에 배치되어 상기 하나의 열 또는 행 단위의 감지패턴들을 위치 검출라인과 전기적으로 연결하는 다수의 금속패턴들이 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널.
