Abstract
본 발명의 센서 장치는, 유리 필름과, 접착제층과, 수지층과, 점착제층을 이 순서로 갖는 광학 적층체와, 변형 검지 유닛을 구비하고, 그 유리 필름의 두께가 20 ㎛ ∼ 150 ㎛ 이다. 하나의 실시형태에 있어서는, 상기 변형 검지 유닛이, 상기 광학 적층체의 상기 점착제층 측에 배치되어 있다.

Claims (5)
- 유리 필름과, 접착제층과, 수지층과, 점착제층을 이 순서로 갖는 광학 적층체와,
그 광학 적층체의 표면에 가해진 외력에 의해 생기는 변형을 검지하는 변형 검지 유닛을 구비하고,
그 유리 필름의 두께가 20 ㎛ ∼ 150 ㎛ 이며,
그 접착제층의 23℃ 에 있어서의 탄성률이 0.5 GPa ~ 15 GPa 인,
센서 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 변형 검지 유닛이, 상기 광학 적층체의 상기 점착제층 측에 배치되어 있는, 센서 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유리 필름과 상기 수지층이, 그 유리 필름과 그 수지층의 사이에 상기 접착제층 이외의 층을 존재시키는 일 없이, 배치되어 있는, 센서 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지층이, 편광판인, 센서 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지층의 23 ℃ 에 있어서의 탄성률이, 1 ㎬ ∼ 10 ㎬ 인, 센서 장치.
