Claims (6)
- 소정의 화상을 디스플레이하는 화상표시장치의 상부에 형성된 제1 투명 전극;상기 제1 투명 전극상에 형성된 복수의 도트 스페이서;상기 제1 투명 전극과 대향하여 소정 간격 이격된 광학 필름;상기 제1 투명 전극과 대향하도록 상기 광학 필름 하측에 일체로 형성된 제2 투명 전극; 및상기 광학 필름의 상기 제2 투명 전극이 형성된 면의 반대편 면에 구비된 편광판을 포함하고,상기 제1 투명 전극과 상기 제2 투명 전극이 접함으로써, 위치 정보를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도트 스페이서는 타원 기둥 형상을 가지고, 제1 투명 전극과 접하는 하단부의 직경이 10 내지 80㎛이고, 높이가 2 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치는 상기 편광판의 상기 광학 필름이 형성된 면의 반대면에 적층된 하드 코팅막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치는 상기 하드 코팅막상에 적층된 반사 방지막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치.
- (a) 화상표시장치의 상부에 제1 투명 전극을 형성하는 단계;(b) 상기 제1 투명 전극상에 도트 스페이서를 형성하는 단계;(c) 편광판을 구비하는 제1 단계와, 상기 편광판상에 광학 필름을 형성하는 제2 단계와, 상기 편광판의 상기 광학 필름이 형성된 면의 반대면에 제2 투명 전극을 형성하는 제3 단계에 의해 터치패널용 상부 기판을 형성하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 단계(b)에 의해 형성된 화상표시장치와 상기 단계(c)에 의해 형성된 터치패널용 상부 기판을 상기 제1 투명 전극과 상기 제2 투명 전극이 대향하도록 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)는,(b-1) 상기 제1 투명 전극상에 유기막을 도포하는 단계;(b-2) 광차단 영역과 광투과 영역이 형성된 마스크를 정렬하는 단계;(b-3) 광을 상기 마스크의 상기 광투과 영역으로 경유시켜 상기 유기막을 노광시키는 단계; 및(b-4) 상기 유기막의 노광된 부위를 제거하여 도트 스페이서를 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널 일체형 화상표시장치의 제조 방법.
